[Resolved]  New India Assurance Co. — claim rejected

i myself president of karad urban bank sevak sangh. we have group mediclaim policy with above insurance co.my coligues wife suffring from harnia. heis claim was rejected because it related with seasorin .and. seasorin is not included in mediclaim.

balu baurao patil case acce janta policy by sanchyani the india assurance co. work is very bad, one case of the snekebite case, no cliam, first say no admit the claim, when conplaint bimalokpal mubai they say aply kolkota, bima lokpal and irda is not justice poor people, and th e claim settle commesion besis, many cases is frouds pls cbi enquiry when many claim is not, but wrong and marthi manusas anny hot ahe,
I have claims Rs. 64034.00 and they have paid me only Rs. 45040.00

New India assurance co. — delay

dear sir madam

my own new car got stolen in pune on 27 june 2010. we submitted all essential papers including police final invistigation report and court summery report on 28 sept.2010 to the new india assurance co.but they deliberately find small queries and delyed my claim. i have paying bank interest and could not afford it any more. please help me.

I am appending herewith copy of letter received from M/s E-Meditek. They have repudiated my claim on the ground that my papers reached them late.
I wish to inform you that I had submitted the documents in time in your office.
I, therefore, request you to advise the TPA to condone the delay and settle the claim.
