[Resolved] New India Assurance — Delay in receiving the claim amount | |||
Dear Sir, I am working with an organisation called Spectrum Scan Pvt Ltd and we have a medical group insurance done through New India Assurance. My dad was hospitalised and i had send the claim form and all relevant documents (including the pending and query documents) to New India Assurance office in the first week of September. I have been reguraly following up with Mr. Pradip Mandani and following up with them on the status and every time i get a reply that the documents are with the team of experts and pending for a final check and that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I must have called them atleast 50 times in the last 3 mths and i keep getting the same status. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my claim at the earliest.
