newspaper — Not delivering the newspaper regularly

Not delivering thee newspaper TIMES OF INDIA (TOI) regularly .I have paid yearly subscription of TOI newspaper,through thee agent(A.SIVAKOZHUNDU) and his mobile number is [protected] and my order number is NAJ 002503.I am getting newspaper through chennai avadi agent(SRIRANGAN [protected]) he asked thee service charge of delivering newspaper Rs 150/yr.Since i refused to pay he didn't deliver thee newspaper from JUN 20the 2012 - JUN 24the2012.He kept me in ransom .On sunday after paying his Rs120 as service charge he is delivering thee newspaper now.For five days he didn't issue me TOI newspaper, thee lose was not compensated .so take a necessary action for collecting unofficially service charges from thee yearly subscribers...Receipt was also not given for Rs 120...waiting for your kind reply ..my email id is thooya.[protected]@gmail.com.
