Ngpay — Order not delivered

on 13th october i booked one birthday card for my father from India card gallery through ngpay mobile shopping application details are given below

I Reported this issue several times to ngpay site but no such possitive response i recieved from them till now also my order is not yet delievered please help me to solve this issue
