railway eticket reservation

i have losed 553.73 rupees for rail ticket resevation. Today i reserved ticket from delhi to terupati in kerla exp 12626. But i did not get email from ngpay to my email id vishalgpt105@gmail.com. Then i call to ngpay costemer care no 18002666555 bt it is switch off. What am i do plz guide me.
