I HAVE MADE A E-TICKET WITH MY MOBILE NO [protected] DTD 10.07.10THROUGH (NGPAY MALL ON MOBILE)SERVICE NGPAY ID NGPAY[protected] THROUGH MY VISA DEBIT CARD CANARA BANK WIDE PNR NO [protected],IRCTC TRANSACTION ID [protected].I CANCELLED THIS TICKET ON 26.07.10 WITH NGPAY ID NGPAY[protected] & REFUND OF RS 534 WAS TO BE MADE.TILL TODAY I DIDNT GET THE REFUND BACK.I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED EARLIER TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SO PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAIN AT THE EARLIEST. NGPAY — railway e ticket reservation
i have losed 553.73 rupees for rail ticket resevation. Today i reserved ticket from delhi to terupati in kerla exp 12626. But i did not get email from ngpay to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. Then i call to ngpay costemer care no [protected] bt it is switch off. What am i do plz guide me.
