I am fully agreed with the comments of Bappa Sarkar.This Mr. Shibasis Jana also cheated my Rs.25000 which he took from me on May'10 as an advance in order to make my son admitted into any B.Tech college but he failed and till date he has not returned my money.Moreover, he is not picking my phonecall since last one month.I hereby request all the public who know the home address of Mr. Shibasis Jana and to inform me over phone to [protected] or tomail to 'samirpal.[protected]@gmail.com'.

hey fellow people never believe this reyce business solution located at vadapalani where they head office is at olympia tech park........they just make fun of people by conducting interview in their paradise.

i was personally insulted. one day they called me and requested to work as HR recruiter . i went and attended , the boss was not present and and they were totally 3 gals and 2 guys ... 2 to 3 people gave me an interview and told ur selected and my salary is also fixed as 8500 and told let the boss come we give u the appointment order. when i called them for many times , even after 3 week they say the boss has not come yet still. i got fed up and left and later i came to understand they make fun of people for enjoyment.......i had a very bad experience and want to share people and say beware of consultancy...........we graduates are here not to make fun ...........

siba institute pvt ltd — no support from the institute

i have taken addmission for Base SAS course , the institute promised for placement , but they have not even provided me original books for the program , whenever i &ask them for the esxam vouchers they simply give me futher dates .I am badly stuck with my money & time with this institute & THERE STAFF IS CHANGED & no body listens to my query . I have taken education loan for this course & iam now simply paying the money for nothing . I really need help to get out of this situation & get my money back . pls help & let me know how I should go further for resolving this .

I totally agree with this complain. NIAS eBusiness solution is a sister concern of Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies headed by Mr. Mainak Saha. I know that after going through this complain Mr. Mainak Saha will tell his staff and students along with Mr. Sibabsis Jana to post good feedback on behalf of NIAS against this complain. But it is my utmost request to general public, please don’t take your son to NIAS, they will ruin his or her career. I would like to draw kind attention of our I.T. Minister Dr. Debesh Das to interfere in this matter. We feel proud of the I.T Sector, that is Sector V. It is the I.T Hub of Kolkata where all these fraud people are making their nest. Mr. Mainak Saha, Mr. Diptesh Chakraborty and Mr. Sibasis Jana is totally fraud and cheating poor old boys in the name of giving jobs in 15 days. They took a lot of money from them and no jobs were given. Recently NIAS had posted an add in the newspaper regarding different job vacancies which is a total fraud advertisement and they took a token money from the applicants and almost 29000 applicants apply for the post. But the post is allotted to pre-determined candidates.

Transcription Department was suddenly shut down and the employees didn’t receive any salary for the last two months. Recently they have started recruiting new people for transcription. I would request all those who have received call from NIAS eBusiness Solution regarding transcription, please do not join such organization. It is totally a fraud company directed by Mr. Mainak Saha.

Again, I would like to make a kind appeal to the I.T. Minister Dr. Debesh Das, Chief Minister Dr. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and the Labour Commission to interfere into this matter.

I also totally agree with the above stated complaint as these people were very sober in their behavior at the very beginning so that no one could ever think about thier future intentions and once you fall in thier trap then you are lost forever. They have intelectually shifted their business from Salt Lake CJ 299 to Sector V where no one could ever think about this fraudulent activites could happen but very sorry to say they are masters in these kind of activities.

I would like to inform every citizens of this country that I have posted the above complaint against NIAS (Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies) eBusiness Solutions about their fraudulence and cheating activities. But instead of posting a comment in the site, one of the director Mr. Sibashis Jana started sending threatening mails to me. I can even post the picture file of the mail if anyone wants to see or rather justify if I’m telling the truth. The mail was horrified and threatening and even he claims himself to be a dangerous person. This type of mails is written when a person has no answer and the complaint done against him is true. The mail also was CC to [protected]@gmail.com which is the mail address of Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies. The mail is as follows:

By going through these few words you can obviously understand what type of person is Mr. Sibashis Jana, one of the director of Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies. I would like to appeal to the general public, administrative departments, Chief Minister of West Bengal and Police Commissioner to interfere and take necessary action against this fraud people. This is Bappa Sarkar. Thanks for supporting my complaints. I am really shocked to hear that you have lost your 25, 000 in this cheaters den. The three directors namely, Mainak Saha, Shibasis Jana and Diptesh Chakraborty are totally fraud. I am sorry to say that I don't know Shibasis Jana's house address but I can provide you his cell number. His cell number is [protected]. Moreover this company or we can say these three directors are also playing with the black money. They keep businessmans black money in their bank account which is in crores at a certain point of time and then withdraw that taking a certain percentage of commission making the money white. We are going to expose them and we are also launching a website with all their fraudulence activities and screenshots of the bank account transaction in crores. The website is in under process and will be advertised in the paper and media within a few months.

I totally agree this complaint. I want to give recent update that I came to know just few days back. The cell number that you have provide for Mainak Saha is not in his name and the 2nd hand car that he owned is not at all in his name. So, you can imagine how fraud and cheater they are. They play in crores and have huge fund in their bank accounts which is totally black money. As revealed from the bank statement their main source of fund is from an organization called "MATARA" and crores of fund were being transferred and we have total evidence regarding that. Please raise your voice against this cheaters and bring them in front of public in full nudity.

Hi Guys, Bappa Sarkar again with a recent update for you all. NIAS Business Solution just started a new company in NIAS Tower in the name of Rightshore Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Basically it's a call center and I would like to draw a kind attention to all young fellows out there: PLEASE DON'T EVER MAKE ANY DECISION OR RATHER THINK OF JOINING THIS FRAUD COMPANY, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. Those two cheaters will take out work from you guys and will not pay you a penny. You can see their add in YouTube which is basically fraud and most of the floors in NIAS tower is rented to other companies and it's the smallest campus in West Bengal. The demand that their campus is the biggest but those cheaters don't have an idea what a big campus is.

They now selling fake payment gateway also. One my cousin has been duped by one Vishal Sehgal which is directly under Shibasis Jana.

That's not truth may be it's all being done to make out revenge with NIAS but it's can be done good Who ever have told that thing what ever it's is just be sure not to make any harm to any of the company or any person who have written this please never again say this kind of things is not good and one more thing who ever have written this how much knowledge do he have about his computer or other's customer computer he is totally drunk guy may be who have written it.

I got a phone call from a firm calling itself WINDOWSCARE and they said our computers were corrupted by malware and proceeded with our ignorant cooperation to remotely control our 2 laptops and "fix" them. No problem with computers...we charged $490 on a credit card for lifetime svce. They gave me an email regarding having paid the $490, sent original to the windowscare support team, and a copy of the email to niabusinessolutions. Thinking over the whole thing makes me wonder what possessed me to go along with this. They gave us a phone # with an area code of 213 to call for problems. I asked on a chat line if they had an 800#. They didn't know what that is. That's when I got spooked and started researching on the internet. How worried should I be?

There is a new scam going around regarding Nias e Business Solutions- yesterday someone called me, couldn't understand his English, but he gave me his name, ID number, account #, and a reference # and told me Nias was closed down by the government in January 2012 and his company is authorized to return the money I was ripped off, plus get this another $100.00.
He tried to do transfer of money using Western Union onto my charge card, didn't go through, then tried my debit card, again
didn't go through. Meanwhile, he's asking me how much money I have on these cards and when he was logging into Western Union he gave me a user name, but typed in a password, that I couldn't see what that was. He wanted access into my computer saying his technician wants to "clean it up", but I wouldn't let him gain access and he logged off. I called my bank right after he hung up and told them what happened and they immediately cancelled both cards, I then e-mailed Western Union and told them not to authorize any payment etc. using my name, e-mail address or any account numbers as I don't have a Western Union account. I also got onto Western Union website using the user name I had from this person and changed the password.

He was supposed to call me back to day between 9 am - 12 pm - it's after 2pm, haven't heard from him yet.

Well i'm totally agree with the above comments. NIAS eCommerce Business Solution starts this type of scams making cold ph calls in the country like US, UK, AUS, CANADA etc. This NIAS eCommerce Business Solution based in salt lake sec v inside a giant building with a great talent in making fool to the poor n innocent people. They earn money with the help of there fake institute, making cold calls in behalf of microsoft or windows and giving lease there payment gateway. I just don't understand that why don't our government take any legal step against this scammers.

They are fooling innocent people and taking money like a vampire sucks blood from a human body. God will never ever ever forgive this kind of fraud people. I will pray to god that this kind of people may go to hell.

I have been scammed twice by this Company and they keep calling me saying my pc is being hacked.
I reported one of their employees to the Police Fraud after Diptesh admitted he was a scammer operating from the UAE.
