[Resolved] NIIT — Scholarship Discount Promised but not fulfilled | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, This is regarding fees structure issue of student pursuing GNIIT course from NIIT Shimla. We were advised of scholarship discount of Rs. 10,000 before taking admission but now they are not fulfilling there commitment . I have been chasing various authoities at NIIT from centre head, [protected]@niit.com , CGRSHO, Manager – Student Relationship to Regional Delivery & IS Manager however they have only one answer "We have escalated this to higher department and it will take some more time”. This case is pending from last four months, first three months with Centre head-NIIT Shimla and one month with [protected]@niit.com , CGRSHO, Manager – Student Relationship & Regional Delivery & IS Manager. Student's career is at stake because they are not even allowing her to attempt exams and take transfer out of state for next semester studies. Please help & advise. Conviction and reliance that you have shown in resolving this issue is commendable and highly appreciated.
I'm greately thankful, especialy to you and Shalu Bhatia who brought this to your notice.
As per my conversation with Centre Head Shimla, new RV's have been incorporated to system.
Richa appeared for module test today, and I'm sure by tomorrow NIIT Shimla will issue transfer order as well.
I checked financial details on NIITStudent.com, that I was not able to understand. I asked Richa to collect System generated fees slips for 1st, 2nd & 3rd semesters and discuss it with her faculty/Centre Head.
I believe by tomorrow every thing would be sorted out.
I would like to thank you once again. This would have not been possible without your help and conviction.
