[Resolved]  NIIT Ltd — Flag this message serious complaint against your NIIT Borivali branch & the centre head

Respected Sir / Madam

I am NIMISH.DOSHI father of your student VAIBHAV.DOSHI (student ID- S[protected] studying in your NIIT Borivali branch since 2007.

I have found my son, all the time complaining about the progress & the teaching method of your Borivali branch & the irresponsible behaviour of the centre head Miss Pranjali Shettye
.
Followings are the problems faced by not only my son but other students also:-.

1) my son appeared for sem 1 MT 2 exam in the year 2007-08, but as on date the marks are not entered into the system ( entire batch has the same complaint ) this was brought to the notice of the centre head Miss. Pranjali, but there is no action taken in this regards till date.

2) my son appeared for sem B in the year 2008-09, but the project marks are not entered into the system & your staff at Borivali branch are now demanding to show the entire project again along with the hard copy.

3) my son has completed his portion for sem C MT 1, in March 2009, but still his name does not appear in the system till date. hence he is unable to appear in the exam due to login problem in niitstudent.com hence he is unable to appear in mock test which he has already cleared in March 2009, immidiatly after completing the portion.

4) above same problem is with sem C MT 2, since he is unable to appear sem C MT 1 exam (as mentioned above, he has already cleared but he is being forced to re-appear the same)

5) my son has completed CCNA portion on 28th April 2009, & he was promised by your reputed organisation (?) that he willbe able to appear in the exam within 1 (One) week after the completion of the course BUT still as on date (almost 10 weeks) he has not received any up date from the centre head Miss. Pranjali.Shettye. even after informing & requesting her not less then 50 times (almost every day). it seems that the requests made by my son & other students have fallen on deaf ears ( how irresponsible centre head )

on behalf of my son & other students, I once & for all request your good self to look into the matter as it has started taking not bad but ugly shape. It clearly indicates that your staff is not worried about the high reputation of the esteemed organisation which is supposed to built the carrier of the future India.

we being the parents pay high fees & expect you to give good & quality education. BUT now it seems that NIIT is after quantity but least bothered about quality these all thanks goes to the staff appointed by you, & not monitoring their acivities & teaching patterns.

kindly take this very seriously. & do not play with the carrier & future of the students.

I have lists of the students who have faced these problems & still facing. my son is one of them.( victim of the situation, purposly created by your present staff)

expecting your reply within one week.

please !!! it is a humble request on behalf of the parents.

once again PLEASE do not force us to take any other action which may spoil your reputation
