NIIT — back my money

Respected sir/madam,
I had registered for c++ course offered by NIIT palwal city center. But they are unable to start my batch even after 6 months.Initially they stated the reason o[censored]navailablity of staff. Now I am doing my bca ,(i do not have time)so I can not start the classes anyways.So please ,give me justice. I want refunds only.
