REGARDING PROPERTY
Well i can spend much on my review but bottom line is Nishitas Properties is definitely better real estate company in Bangalore, Nishitas properties in Bangalore, Nishitas Properties has huge choice of properties and realistic , professional approach toward clients , hope these people will keep the same better services for all clients like me who will keep buying their next properties from them, and one more thing i remember that's about prices probably they are better on prices too, well that's all my view about Nishitas properties .

Hello, this is indrani am from chennai. Recently i have booked a flat in NISHITA'S Properties. We completed the registration also. We did't find any problem with this property.

flat and i visited nishitas properties. nishitas properties have a beautiful project located near Belandur. After visiting Belandur flat Really we are impressed because well designed and luxuries amenities. Thank you...

I am very satisfed with Nishita's properties service. However, the development of the layout seems good. It also seems to be of a huge size. Of the various gated communities that i have seen, this seems to be fairly decent. What do you think will this be right place to buy a flat, chek it out? Thanks to Nishita's Properties..

here is a fake comment all the customer has placed on oct same day only this will be done by the office executives only, but i have a real Experience about nishita's they are only eager for booking amount 1 lakh after that they show Xerox papers n says it is a original Doc, builder is different & these people are marketing they say they are the builders a big liers.

Hi i visited Seshadripuram "Fortune Square" which is constructed behind Grand Meridian hotel...
Really the quality of construction used by the NISHITAS Builders & Developers is best in the Market...
Am one of the client who have booked the flat their really am very much Satisfied with the service given by the Nishitas staffs from Starting stage to ending stage...
And we are Eagerly waiting for the Up coming projects from Nishitas Group...

oh god this is a fool maker company, what i can call once you enter this web then only understand the pain, this is a purely real estate company they are making us fool by showing other projects god grace i saved my hard earn money, be very carefull with this company, don't waste time & don loose money.

Hi, after booking flat, I cancelled it because, they changed the terms and conditions and were asking to pay 1lakh more. Also, they said they will not do modular kitchen and ward-drobe which they promised earlier. Seems a fraud

Could you please let me know which project you booked in NISHITA'S -- I have booked in NISHITA'S A SQUARE in JP NAGAR, they asked me to pay 1lac for booking advance .They are not accepting 10 or 20 k and asking only 1lac or 2 lac could you please let me know did u followed same process or not...

Yes Mr. Venkat Even i follwed the same procedure.. see one thing i would like to tell you No builders are taking 10k or 20k for booking.. They take 25% of Down payment only so in that case Nishita's Properties is Best.. No need to Worry about your booking amount you can further proceed and i have Booked flat in Elite in Electronicity and done with my Agreement also..

Hi Venkat, whatever good cooment you are see here is from their employee only
So do not trust on these good comments, first verify all document, then only go with, if they say they can't give document without booking amount, leave it, there are many property available in the market, they are doing this, because they know after receiving the booking amount, it will be difficult for person the cancel even document is not correct, but you will be facing major issue after you booked the flat.

Hi, Don't trust this builder. Even thought they are building server apartments but most of them are joint venture and there are some flaws in the documents. Even though they clamed SBI approved but none of them is approved by SBI. You will come to know only after booking and paying 1 lakh. When you ask for other approval they say it is approved by LIC. But not all floors are approved by LIC. They have not constructed as per the guildelines. For example the srishanta in Lingraj puram don't have the 30 feet road approach but they got approval for build aparment somehow.
They tell that they will refund complete amout if there is any problem with documents but when you find any flaw in document they will not return complete money. They will cut 25%. So please do not pay more than booting amount until you check with banks about the property.
I am also stuggleing to get my amount back.

Hi All,
Don't give money in advance to these fraud gays. When you reach them the will tell that the property is approaved by all leading bank like SBI, LIC etc and ask for advance 2 lakhs to give document. Once you book it you will find the very next day that none of their property is SBI approved. If you ask for money back they will cut down 25% without any reason even it you don't sign the documents. They will give the documents only when the check is cleared.
The property in Lingraj puram is at very bad locality and even the aproach road is not 30 feet which they claim. I don't know how they get apartment approval there.
Don't check only with lawyer before making an agreement or providing more money. Check with banks for details as not all floors are approved by banks. Sometime they have 3 floor permission and they construct upto 5 floors. If you ask for approval they will show some document from BBMP but that is fake documents. They get this documents by bribing BBMP people.
Don't trust on any verbal commitment from them as they will get out any of commitment when ask to fulfilll, like returning money, Idemnity bond bla bla.
Most of there properties are Joint venture with some guy and if you check documents all good flats are acquired by the owner, One more think to take care if you give any money just forget it. You will not get it back even if you go to court. It will take years in court and even if you win they will not follow court decision by saying that they don't have money and they will return it later.

Hi All,
Be aware with these fraud people, I am telling because I am in facing these issues. When you reach them first time in their office you will find Umesh and Shariff to for booking. They will tell all kind of lies to you that all the properites are approved by leading banks like SBI and LIC. They will ask for 2 lakh rupees for giving you the document. They will tell you if you cancel in 15 days they will return all of your money. They also tell tell they you will get the documents once you advance is cleared.
You will get documents in 10 days then you will find the none of the property is approved by SBI bank when you ask to return money they will give all kind of excuess that they will help you in getting SBI approval or LIC approval but will never return your money.
There properties are mostly Joint venture with someone and papers are not clear cut. You will get loans from private banks but you will face problem then you cannot resale the property. Even not all floors are approved. They bribe BBMP to get floor plan approved but when you check with reputated banks they will tell you the clear story. You cannot develope an apartment if the approach to the property is not 30 feet road. But they have properties where the approach is 30 feet only on papers not actually eg. lingraj puram property.
If you ask for money back you will be in a vicious circle they will never return it even if you do a court case. Don't be charmed by the vouchers blue print see the building localities it is very different.
Even thought there price are reasonablity less but you cannot resale the property. So be careful giving them any advance
