[Resolved]  Nitishree Infrastructure Ltd — Fraud by builder

I had applied for 1) a flat and 2) a plot with a builder Nitishree Infrastructures Ltd whose

head office is located at B-111, Sector - 5, Noida (U.P.), Ph: +[protected], Fax:

+[protected].

1) I got the possession of the flat at Lotus Pond, Indirapuram Noida after a delay of 18

months. The delay was on the builders account but he paid penalty for only 8 months rather

than the full 18 months. For taking the possession of the flat, I as well all the other

customers were forced to pay Rs. 149 per square feet extra from each of the flats. We did

not have much choice since 95% of the payment for flat was already made to the builder at

the time of buying the flat. Moreover the material used is of a very inferior quality and is

not durable.

Even now after 40 months of the promised possession date the Lotus Pond society has not been

completed by the builder and there a number of pending items and the RWA has to push the

builder for every work item and for taking the required NOCs and clearances from the

government authorities.


2) My father applied for a plot at Nitishree-Shouryapuram NH24 bypass, near Lal Kuan.

Shouryapuram which was supposed to be of 240 acres.It never came up because the land could

not be procured. Even after the possession date elapsed the builder continued to ask us to

wait promising that the plot will be given. Later the builder asked us to invest the money

in his other projects, if we did not want to wait, but refused to return the money.
I managed to get my principal amount back by associating with a group of Nitishree customers

who were caught is the same situation. We used the pressure of media and police, but still

Nitishree refused to pay damages despite a written aggreement for the same
There are a large number of people suffering like me, because of Nitishree.

Requesting, to take the required action so that such builders do not continue to rob society

and cause harassment to the citizens.
