Not revceiving Amount

I am a preference share certificate holder of NIXCIL PHARMACEUTICALS SPECIALITIES LTD under F/No:CC0061688, Certificate No:00207754, Distinctive No(s):000611632, containing 1 preference shares Face Value Rs.1000/- each, My Certificate was matured on 02/10/2011 for Rs.2062/-only, But Now big question is that I am not getting any Contact/e mail ID/contact head for re-communications related with Redemption Value.

My Complaint to concerned Deppt to take up the matter to received the amount.
