NMART retailers.. selling poor products and also doing business with this producst.., cheating like busines 1:2, 2:1 pair.. income ... there is nothing giving income and also pairs.. first few months will be ok..., aftr days no business .. no income... struggling.. company... dont do business with this company.... poor..

NMART retails — legality of business

Nmart retails is promoting their mall membership by taking Rs.5500/=, please let me know that wether this is not covered under" the Prize Chits and money circulation schemes (Banning)act 1978" please clarify

according to circular no.21/22/2001 dt.09/04/2003 and d.no.21/22/2001 dt 31/03/2003 this co. not fall under category of chits money circulation.
