your custmore care service very poor i use your service with 3 no.without intemation my outgoing service block i allready pay bill after 72 hours service start i m very unhappy with custmore care

Idea Cellular — Deactivating the service without any prior notice and for the period they have charged the amount for the service.

I am using a service of GPRS with the Mobile no [protected] of idea cellular ltd. The
company has charge the amount in advance for the period
of 17May- 16June and without giving any notice to me They have stopped
the service since last week, and today i contacted with
one of customer care executive, he told me that the GPRS service in my
number is being deactivated. It shows that there is no
transparency of the service of the company. They haven't thought it
necessary to inform me about the deactivation. They cannot stopped the service for the
period they have charged the amount.

i took a new connection in april 2009. but i got a number from old series. this number ([protected]) is recently closed because i am getting a lot of calls for some yogesh kumar. till now they are not stopped. i asked the service centre to change my number, but there is no action from last few months. i am from kashipur (uttarakhand). the name ok local agent is mr. anuj and the name of inchrge of haldwani centre is mr. rishi parik. i also took the idea net setter, thinking it to be very good. but now i am thinking to remove it. my connection is unlimited with 1 gb free downloading, charges 299 per month. the no. is [protected] . the service is disconnected with the prior notice . i pay the bill before i month is over but still the service is disconnected. whenever i ask the service centre the reason they say that your bill is not paid. take the action as fast as possible.

Kindly stop all SMSs and Phones from Advertisement or otherwise to my Cell No.[protected] and there is activation of a scheme for Masti/Fandoo must deactivate the same immediately.

Idea Cellular Services — Illegally stopped providing mobile services

Hello Concerned authorities

This is to inform you that Idea cellular companies has, by acting unilaterally and illegally barred my calling/SMS services ( for no- [protected])for its own fault.
I have been using idea post-paid services for more than 7-8 months and i have been regular on my payments. During this period i lodged complaint several times with idea customer care for zero signals or at its best absolutely weak signals due to which i was not in connection with my family, friends and others on serious occasions and life and death situation. I had to go to that Gate of my house or on road to talk to someone.
Idea customer executives had falsely made a note in my account that their technical department had contacted me that, shockingly, i was satisfied with the resolution wherein the reality is that no body contacted me for that. Every time I call them up to talk to some senior authority they put me on hold for 20-25 minutes and eventually hanged-up, rendering me no solution at all.This continued for almost two months. So I decided not to pay the bill until they resolve my case as i didn't have any way.
Following which their billing department started calling me for the payment of the services. I told them repeatedly to first to something about the issue and I will pay the bill for proper service but to no avail.

Finally they denied me the essential service and acted unilaterally and illegally to stop all the services at the same time not providing me any solution.

Please help me in this regard.

i manoj using idea no [protected] which is not working from last 5 days for unknown reasin infact m pays the bill on tome . i several times visit showroom palwal and spoken to customer care they were blaming each other .for this nobody will suffer customer were only to suffer. i just want the customer care of idea which is very poor services rendering by him. they were not having any power to single activity they recommend for visit the show room . i using coperate no which is given by my company on my name and u can understand officail no were switch off from last 5 days . every body shouting me why u choosen this company and why this no is not working

Idea Cellular Services — activation of services without permission and deducting charges

I am receiving the message from IZ-55456 that your suscription is so on so is renewed while I have not requested for same. Two times, I have already contacted to customer care and they assured that this will be deactivated but soontherafter without my consent , they start it. wonder is too much that they are charging for that and deducting same from my prepaid balance.
It is requested to look into the matter and get it stop, while i am facing lots of problem by loosingh my financial and mental balance. I am suffering for those, which i have not appealed. My Cell no. is [protected]

i totally agree with him because i also suffer from this kind of cheap thing they deduct my balance for cricket suscription that i nver suscribe idea [censored]s because they abhishek the gay as a brand amb.

I have purchased a new post paid connection ten days ago and after recieving payment they refuse to issue that number, but still now no number is issued and no service is activated against sim no[protected]

well same here...that idea is deducting my money too...i activated a net 5 plan on my phone 4 just one day...den i made request there to deactivate it...n yes its deactivated next day...dat as usual again charge me 4 one more day like usual...n nw after 3 days i got da msg dat my net5 plan is activated ...i called customer care dey replied me dat my service will b deactivated in next day...but didnt happen...today is 4 th feb...n still i call dem n dey again say my service will b deactivated in next day but dat next day isnt happened yet...plz take some serious actions against dem...coz i have heard dat everywhere dat idea do that...nt 2 me...but 2 every1...

Idea Cellular Services — CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME SERVICE

HI,

I had availed an Idea GPRS plan ( Mobile No. [protected] ).

I was charged Rs.245 in advance, on the second of every month, for this service.

After using the service for few months I had asked to discontinue the mobile web access service on 29 Dec. 2009

My complaint is that despite of paying the ADVANCE rental (from 2 Dec.2009 to 3 Jan 2010) I am again charged for it (from 2nd Dec. to 29 Dec.2009)

Please be informed that this is NOT the USAGE charge as the plan was o[censored]NLIMITED usage.

After REPORTING the complain to Idea customer care I was ASSURED for the ADJUSTMENTS in the next month bill i.e. Feb 2010 Bill

But these adjustments were not made.

So please have a look at the document attached. If this is really a genuine forum to resolve consumer querrys PLEASE HELP.
