Day by day there is increase in vehicles on roads of Mumbai. Increase in vehicles brings lots of problems with them,
1. Traffic jam
2. noise pollution
3. Air pollution
4. Increase in fuel consumtion
5. Increase in fuel prices and other commodities related to it
6. Increase in accidents
7. Parking problems
8. increase in outdated vehicles
9. Wastage to time and money of government
So I request MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND TRANSPORT AUTHORITY to take some steps to minimise the vehicles on roads by adopting some strick rules. and help to reduce Global warming

Along the railway line near dombivli west, illegal slums have come up since around 30 years ago. They have been now "legitimised" by the local corporators. These slum dwellers play loud noise right from evening till late night and sometimes even beyond, but the police or local authorities have done nothing for all these years.
Recent example is today - february 20, 2011, when i had to finally call-up the police station to complain against loud noises being played continuosly.
If any police officer or anyone knowing any police officer is reading this, then i request them to find a permanent solution to the above problem.

I am a resident staying in a building opposite iit main gate, powai. There is already too much noise from the main road due to traffic and road work going on. There is this open space called cinema ground opposite my house which is constantly being rented out for various programmes (Religous in nature) which they use very loud sound systems and it is impossible to stay in the house without shutting all doors and windows. The loud noise also affects students who are appearing for their exams. The programmes of this nature are usuallly for a period not less than eight to ten days,

Please let us know how do we get respite for this problem,
Vehicles are unnecessarily blowing high decible horns at odd hours (3 am to 6 am) in lotus apartment, new patliputra colony, patna.

This needs to be verified as the security guards, satendar singh of ssb and sanchit rai, posted at the apartment are giving contradictory statements.

The apartment complex is notorius and criminals have been arrested on previous occasions from the complex.
