[Resolved]  Nokia 1650 — Dis-satisfaction with Nokia After sale service.

Hello,

I purchased a Nokia 1650 set from Hotspot retail limited located at 0-92/5, Canara Bank Street, Munirka New Delhi.

The phone worked fine for about 3-4 months after which it gave me loads of problem in switching on and as a result I had to submit it at the Nokia care centre: KN services, 34 1st floor corner market, Near chick fish, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. This sequence of events followed for about 4 times after which I had lodged a complaint in the Nokia Care site. Now to placate me I was told I was getting a new set after which I got a set which was "SWAPPED". Now after a week this set also started behaving peculiarly where it would flash "temporary error on the screen", would show a blank screen which flickered and would switch off in between calls. Now thinking in retrospect I am sure my phone
was " SWAPPED" with another faulty phone and hence is given me new problems. Kindly look into the matter and rectify the fault. The details of my old phone are :
My previous job sheet no was[protected]/090901/37 dated 1st September; the ESN/IMEI no was [protected]. i had complained and my case reference number was 1-[protected].
The details of the "Swapped" phone that i was given: ESN/IMEI no- [protected].
I hope you will take some positive step in this direction and solve my problem cause frankly speaking I am fed up with a phone that never seems to work and fed up of going to Nokia Care n. number of times which is very inconvienient. Every time my phone is kept for about 15 days and I have hardly used the phone.

This is the absolute last time I am complaining to Nokia care after this if I don't get any solution, I have no alternative than to go knocking at the doors of the consumer court and make Nokia pay for the time and money I have wasted on this phone.

Nokia — very after sale service

i,m vivek kaushik . lives in jaipur. i bought a nokia hand set " E-71-1. that was in warrenty at the time of complaint lodged at autherised nokia care centre on 2 aug , 2011.

job sheet no is :[protected]/110802/48 , dated : aug 2, 2011.
i was promissed that i will back my cell phone on aug 2, 2011 but till date i didnt got back.

after so many calls and repeated visit to the centre, there was no satisfactory answer and status abt my cell phone. since i,m a businessman and moving without phone is real pain and i,m suffring with monetary losses because irresposible nokia care peopole. i,m a loyal customer for last 10 yrs of nokia but i,m awefully disappointed by this atitude of nokia.

spending huge money on high end cell phone, should i be treated like this by nokia? since the cell phone is under warrenty, i want full replacment with new one. . dont want repaired cell .

pleas help.
