[Resolved]  Nokia 1650 & Nokia 3120 — No Proper feed back from teh Customer Care representatives at Nokia Service Center

I have submitted two Nokia Phones to Nokia Service Center at Andheri office for Servicing. But I had to colect the phones from them since they were unable to repair that Moreover teh behaviour was very rude of teh Representatives.
They Claim to call every one from their office to teh persons But in My case it was not so.
Please let me know the the other details to move to teh Consumer code.
