We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. that connectivity is not proper, disconecting while talking, and some areas this is not connect, Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted. the same complain we logged at local service centre but they telling to wait for 15 days may be this problem solved,

I handover my phone at our neareist Nokia service centre Shakarpur Delhi Through job No.[protected]/080730/4 dt. 30.7.08 this is thrice time to
service centre now i will not eccept this set .
Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we axpect full value for pur money and ask you to replace the set at earliest

Hi team,

I bought a new Nokia 2505 CDMA mobile with Li-ion battery in it.
Its getting heated up very fastly for a few minutes of talk.Please help me in
this regard.

Nokia 2505 — reliance fool costumer

i brought nokia 2505 handset from haji ali Reliance Web World, on 20th nov 08, within 24 hrs i found that cell phone have network, handsfree and even battery proble, when i went to that web world Mr.Rafi Manager of that web world told us to go to nokia service centre that is in lower parel,
when i went there they told us its is not there look out they cant replace the handset i have to go to haji ali web wolrd only, in this proceedure 21 days past finnaly when i get my handset back from haji ali web world it was my same old phone they didnt replace it they just give me job sheet,
i m very angry with the customer service of relianec, only one quastion i want to ask if one brought a hand set from a gallery and it has a problem so where we have to report even i have done all the fornalities

Hello Sir,

I bought this mobile 2 months back. We have a problem with this mobile from the time of purchase.
That is call is disconnecting in 30 minutes duration every time.
And recently mobile was completely messed up. No display, No incoming, No outgoing.
So we have given this mobile in Nokia service center Rajahmundry ten days back.
He said it is software problem and he suppose to send this mobile to Chennai service center.
10 days already completed and problem was not rectified.
How many days will you take to rectify the problem in Nokia service center ?

I PURCHASED NOKIA 2505 FROM RELIANCE WEB WORLD EXPRESS MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES SECTOR 11 DWARKA NEW DELHI ON 11 MAY 08. FIRST TIME I GAVE IT FOR REPAIR AT NOKIA CARE AT SECTOR 5 DWARKA WHICH IS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE SHOP WHERE I PURCHASED THE SET. BUT EVEN AFTER THE REPAIR WHICH TOOK APPROX I MONTH THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THEREAFTER THE SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED TWICE AT TIKAM INFINITY VASANTKUNJ N DELHI HOWEVER THE PROBLEM REMAINS. JOB SHEET DETAILS ARE[protected]/090325/1 DT 25 MAR 09, [protected]/3. THIS IS RELIANCE CDMA SET. REQUEST CHANGE THE SET AS THE PROBLEM REMAINS EVEN AFTER THREE REPAIRS.

Nokia 2505 — auscultator or sound in it

the sound in stethoscope is not exist, when i do some calling i can not her anything in it but when i shut off or on the phone i hear the sound but when i do some call i do not hear any in the auscultator.

I want to purchase a nokia 2505. if i purchase or not, plz reply me.

PROBLEM:
since i have puchased it, i m encountering a strange problem that my phone gives a report of "mobile is switched off " to anyone who calls me. although my phone is switched on and shows all the horizontal lines of battery,even then it gives the message of "mobile switched off" to the person calling me.

this problem keeps on persisting till i make an outgoing call from my nokia mobile. once i make an outgoing call. this problems succumbs. but when i do not make an outgoing call even for 1 hour my mobile again goes back to " switched off state " although i can clearly see that my phone is switched on.

nokia dealer in bhopal admits this problem.they have asked me to send my mobile to mumbai for testing for about 10 days.i m using a reliance cdma network. i am highly frustrated because it is not a GSM phone where we can change the sim and send the phone for testing. i get all my official calls on this nokia 2505, reliance cdma phone.

kindly reply me urgently , else might have to take the help of consumer forum because i have faced illegitimate remarks from my seniors for switching off the phone when in reality i never came to know when the phone started giving " switched off " message..

i m your loyal customer i have nokia N-72. It never gave me any trouble.but please correct this problem
