[Resolved] Nokia 2600c - 2 — When any button is pressed it gets switch off, board to be checked | |
I have purchased the above set during july, 08. It started giving problem sometime during the month of November, 08. I gave the handset on 18.12.08 to the nearest service center i.e SS Electronics, Secunderabad. They have checked the set and informed me that it would take two days for repair. After two day when I contacted them over telephone for my set, they informed me that it could not be repaired by them and same has been sent to Chennai to their factory. After 10 days I approached them again for my handset, they told me that it has not come from Chennai. After making number of calls on 3/1/09 they have informed me that the set has come from Chennai after necessary repairs and it can be collected. I went to their service centre to collect the same and checked the handset by putting the sim and battery. The handset still giving the same problem and when I asked them about the complaint, they made me sit for 1 hr and informed that the set should be sent once again to Chennai for repairs. This is situation in the NOKIA service centre. I feel that they are very irresponsible with the customers. I also observed the customers, they are also facing the same problem. Once we are used to cellphone, communication has become difficult. Now I do not have the handset for almost 20 days. I do not know where to complaint. It is very difficult for middle class person like me to forego an amount of Rs. 3000/- (cost of the handset) and go for new handset. After seeing this message atleast NOKIA will take some action and do the needful. Nokia / 2600 C 2 — Refuse To Replacement of Mobile
I brought Nokia 2600 C2 mobile in July 2008 and in couple of days I found some problems in my phone like periodically hang, automatically power switch off and continuous beep irritating voice.I went to customer care for twice and they kept my phone for one week and two weeks respectively but problem remained same means that they could not repair it.
On third time i requested to change this mobile with new one and they refused by saying that company is giving warranty service but not guarantee.
It is not customer's problem that phone is faulty but it is problem of phone manufacturer i.e. Nokia. So that they have accept this and replace their faulty phone with new phone.

RESPECTED, PURCHASES NOKIA 2600C ON 28/03/2008 . NOT WORKING THE KEY PAD AT ALL, WHICH WAS GIVEN FOR REPAIR TO NOKIA CARE (SATYA TELECARE, 231/A, CHITRANJAN AVENUE KOL) ON 23 SP 08, (MY JOB SHEET NO[protected]/080923/157) SO FAR NOT DONE THE JOB.
