Nokia - 2626 — Nokia not repaired my phone in warranty

I brought Nokia 2626 phone in May 2007. After 2 month that phone not support the sim card. I have given the instrument for service at Nokia care, sector 2 Noida. And after 2 month I have found same problem in that phone, at the end in Feb 08, Nokia replace my that phone. But on 25th may 08, my phone going dead its not power on, again I have given the instrument for service at Nokia care, sector 2 Noida. They gave me the job sheet, he say that your instrument is not under warranty because of Liquid Log.

They said phone has board problem, we can't do anything. He not repaired my phone in warranty and not in non-warranty.

We are using the instrument only at home and there is no chance of Liquid Log or any other physical damage.

My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning it self and the same cannot be replaced with a new handset...

Where is the fault of the customer...who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the Nokia Product

Can’t they accept their fault and get it replaced.

I need your immediate response in this regard.

i have nokia 3500c & blue tooth head set jabra BT135 .the problem is when ever i pair the device but my cell phone was not detecting the blue tooth head set .& also i have confirmed that my head set(blue tooth) is working properly with the other set .please provide me a solutions.
