Sub: Seeking of Information under RTI Act.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had purchase a Mobile 3110c Noika Model on 23rd Dec 2008. The set on Warrant Period. In August 2009 I facing some battery problem in my set . I go on 17th August 2009 Noika Care Centre for sorting out this problem .They told me you come after 4 days. They checked the Mobile Physically. After that I received the phone and same problem is continued, then I go on 25th August 2009. I told that the same problem is occurring. They told me you came after 4 days . After 4 days I received the phone and same problem is continued, then I go on 31st August 2009. They gave me the delivery date 02 September 2009. After that the same problem is continued.
Then I go on 4th September 2009 I told that I came 3 times before & the same problem is continued, you do not check the phone, you just install the software and give it to me. The Branch Manager told me I find the problem and if we dot not find out the problem we send you phone our factory office. After that I got a phone from Noika Care on 7th September 2009 and they told me that our Mobile Switch on/off is broken . You have to pay Rs. 350/-. I told that my Mobile is only 8 months of date of purchase & on Warranty period. You checked my phone physically and how it is that the phone Switch On/Off broken. The Behaviour of Noika Care Centre A- 180, Ist Floor, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Opp. Defence Colony Red Light, New Delhi-3 is not good. There is so many cases I see earlier.
In this regard, I request to you to look into the matter the Harassment of 3 times Mentally & Physically. Please give me Justice because of the Phone is on Warranty Period. An prompt action is this regard is awaited.
