[Resolved]  Nokia 3500c — lost my mobile please help me to track

sir,
i lost my mobile nokia 3500c on 5th february 2009.and my mobile number is [protected] as the person who stole it has already removed and thrown away the sim(as i call the response is not available)..so i blocked the sim...and purchased the the sim on the same number.so i want u plz trace my mobile using IMEI number..[protected]...is it possible to trace sim being used by using the imei number if yes plz help me doing that...i also gave a police complaint..but they said..cant...trace the phone using imei...so plz help me in this regard
