Nokia 5230 — software update by other model firmware

update my mobile with 5235 model phone firmware.they say 5230 & 5235 model rm 588 and software is same but i found some fonction are not work perfectly my bluetooth connection, some application. I found they use phinix software for update. Is nokia provide this software to nokia care? When i say they told me come today.
