[Resolved] Nokia 5233 — mobile not charging | |||
i bought a nokia 5233 from a genuine nokia retailer on 20/03/2010.the mobile battery was shown folly charged so i didnot charge it the same day. other day mobile switched off due to battery discharge. then i sput it on charging but it didnot switched on. i took it to nokia care on 22/03/10, they told me that its software problem and it need to be updated. as today they have lots of work so you bring it the other day.i took it to nokia care on next day.on investigating they told me its charging point is short.but its impossible as charging never took place. kindly suggest what i should do.
