Nokia 5235 — poor service

I purchased nokia 5235 handset in august 2010. I found that it was continuously hanging. I showed it to Nokia care center(NCC), karve road pune where they took it for sw upgrade. After two days when I recd the handset I noticed that all the colors of menu changed and unreadable. there was no proper answer for this from the NCC. The phone continued to hang. I again gave it to the same NCC. This time after sw was upgraded again. After few days I noticed that my GPS is not working so I again showed the handset to them (NCC). They said that the sw again needs to be reloaded.(3rd time). When I got it back magically the screen colors were same as original and OK but he GPS problem was not solved. It was as it is. I showed them immed. They said that the OS needs to be reloaded again. (4th time). I called Nokia cust care and as suggested I dropped the handset in another NCC at FC road. After 15 days I got the handset repaired from Nokia Banglore but again with the same problem o[censored]nreadable menu with lost memory card (added problem). I did not accept the handset and wrote mails to nokia CC three times. There was no response for the same in 5 days. When I called Nokia customer care they assured me that I will get a call giving me solution within 48 hrs. Now 4 days have passed, still there is no mail or telephonic communication from them. I am calling them daily but still unable to give the solution for the same. Now I have wrote them that I don't want your handset and am asking for my money back. I purchased the handset in August and from then it is more with NCC than with me.

Its a really poor and disgusting treatment from Nokia and its so called customer care centers. Now I have to submit all the communication to consumer court for final solution.
