[Resolved] Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — very bad service,just poor | |||
Helo My self paramjeet singh and I am from ludhiana living in civil lines at prem nagar and my IEMI no is [protected] and I purchased my handset on 25jan,10. My handset model is nokia 5800. I got repaired my handset at nokia care near krishna mandir model town ludhiana. and the service is soo bad that i can't explain. Every month I take my set at nokia care bt tthe same problems arises again nd again. I am very upset from your service. Now my patience level has crossed. I don't want tht defected anymore . kindly Do somthing immedieatly I m very upset from your handset and your nokia care. Nokia — Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic poor handset and poor service
I purchased Nokia 5800 Express Music Mobile on 11/06/2009, worth Rs.18500.From that day onwards the mobile was giving me problem. The applications in that
were not working, e.g. when I use to open any application it was giving me error
"memory full, close some applications and then try again". There was no memory issue because
the mobile was having 8 Gb memory card and there was nothing in it. Even the contacts could not be opened, the
error was "Contacts could not be copied from the sim".
I visited the Nokia Care they told me that I have to upgrade the version, so I kept the mobile with the service centre.
Next day I collected the mobile, again the same problem.Now two more problems were added to the previous one,
the touch screen was not working properly as it was working previously, the rotation function was not functioning properly
The ASC people told me not to use memory card.
(Then why they have provided the memory card.) . They told to change the SIM card. So I didnt used the memory card
and changed the SIM card, then also the same problem. Then they told me that they will send the mobile to HEAD OFFICE.
It will take 10 days, so I submitted the mobile 3rd time, I was left with no mobile for 10 days. I received the mobile on 3rd of July 2009.
Even after that the issue was not solved and now again they have send the mobile to the HEAD OFFICE on saturday 4th July 2009.
In between I had requested the ASC incharge to replace my handset with new one but that incharge was very RUDE and was just asking to change the SIM
card and not to use MEMORY card.
There was no proper co-operation from the ASC people. The Incharge of the ASC do not have the manners to talk to the customer.
Even to the other customers he was not talking properly.
I have paid Rs 18500 for NOKIA 5800, but I haven't used that handset for a single day and I am fed up with the Handset and the services of NOKIA CARE.
Plz help me out to get my money back, I dont want that mobile...I want my money back.
