[Resolved]  Nokia 6225 & Nokia 6275 — RSN no. & disable the lost phone ( instrument not sim )

Dear sir,
earlier i had nokia 6225 model and then i purchased a new 6275 and transferd the no. to new mobile.
unfortunately i lost new set and so i want to immeaditely switchover to my earlier 6225 model but for that rel personal are asking for RSN no. but unfortunately the no. is not their neither in mobile nor i am having that box. pl. help me to find it.
also i want to make disable my new lost 6275 so that nobody can use that i asked to rel. and nokia cust. care for both problems but they are not giving any proper reply nor any solution.

i will be thankful for you if you can guide me.
