Nokia 6275 CDMA — auto scroll button not functioning

sub{ repeated same problem for 5th time with in 9months}

with the mention subject i have been facing the problem after2 month of purchase and the set was in care point for more then 4month out of 9 months detail of the jobsheet no abnd the date
date jobsheet no delivered back
25 oct no missing dec 21st
3rd jan [protected] 25 feb
25th mar 08012581 18th april
7th may 08050751 20th may
21 may 08052118 still in the care

we would like to request to get an replacement
