1. Key pad malfunction + camera malfuntion Job ID IN[protected] dated 01 May 07 Warranty Ref. APAINY[protected]. Repair took a few days. set was accepted with remarks on the job card.

2. Call snapping + incoming calls log failure. Job ID[protected]/071229/59 dated 29 Dec 07 Warranty ref. APAINY[protected]. Repaired same day.

Concern : Repeated malfunctions during warranty might continue to recur after its expiry thus imposing incalculable expenditure on me.

REQUEST : Please Replace the Set with a new. Thanks.
