Dear Sir, I bought a Nokia 7210 set from Registered dealer in Kolkata, but just after 1 year so, the problem occurred after 8 months so with display problem on that set, service center took the responsibility to repair and they did but after 6 months again that problem occurred and i went to service center they didn't take the set to repair and they refunded me and asked to repair with minimum cost of Rs.1600/- and as a middle class family belonged i repaired from a retail shop and its OK now, but now the lance and head set is damaged for what reason i don't know,,, i want to know why the nokia 7210 is demolishing the goodwill of Nokia and cheating with customer like this??????????? nokia 7210 — Non payment of cash back
I have purchased Nokia 7210 vide invoice no.0022, dt.22/8/2010 for Rs.4263/- from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd., Maram satish central, 16-10-27/105/1 to 7, Muncipal colony, Main road, Malakpet, Hyderbad-500036. The gift vourchers nos.3007464,65,66 & 67 for Rs.100/- each sent to Reward Port, Andheri,(W), Mumbai-400053 for redemption. I did not receive cash back so far. Kindly arrange to send the cheque and intimate the details of despatch of it.Sunitha kumari T

nokia 7210 — for charging mora Rs. for internet MO setting
I have connected internet by MO setting on 30102009 which charges Rs.20 for 24 hours but i have been charged Rs.40 . when i spoke to customer care he said u wiill be charged Rs.20 for even 1 sec . for ex. i[censored] have taken ur MO service at 23:59 hrs and 59 sec sooner it comes 00:00hrs it will charge again Rs.20 on date of changing. WHERE IS YOUR SOP. WHILE PROVIDING SERVICE THERE IS NO SUCH INTIMATION. I have been using this service for last three months it never happens in this way. when we want to inquire from ur customer care u r ceasing CC service and putting the recording " please SMS AIRTEL have a good day. it is not the way of snatching money.
