Nokia 7210 Supernova — No sim work,Mobile hang

I purchase on 29/08/2009. My Nokia hend set model 7210 Supernova.His IMEI No-[protected].His problem No sime work no any function work.Local Nokia service center fIve time repair in his shop and three time send to delhi head service center but no any good response i see.I face more problem for this money wastage, time wastage, more time i disconnect with our family or friends circle.So please give me some suggestion what i do.My mob no is-[protected]
