[Resolved]  Nokia 7610 Supernova — Nokia 7610 faulty new phone supplied Please replace my phone.

i am the marketinh head in a medical equipment company Infinity Mediquip India.I purchased an Nokia 7610 Supernova phone from Nokia outlet in the Mid of march.Since the very frist day It had outgoing sound cracking problem.

On 2nd aprill I went to Sec-3 Rohini mangalam palace -Nokia service centre with my complaint after waiting for 1 hour and the service person told me that this is the problem with the old software installed in it I have a new version that I will update and then your cracking prblem will be over.

After around 1 week o[censored]sage I found that all the people are complaining again about the voice cracking and this time the camera also stopped woking and went to stanby permanently.I stopped using the phone because it was killing my business and decided to go to nokia centre which is again a horrifying experiance.

On July mid I went to another good service centre at Kohat Enclave pitam Pura Delhi and told them that I am not satisfied with the new handset and please repair these problems.

The person told me that we can not repair this set being a hardware problem but we have updated your software and your cracking problem will disappear.he also suggested me that use the phone without camera and you can get it repaired after some time because you have enough warrenty period.(This is a stupid suggestion If I would need a phone without camera I dont need to spend 11000 Rs)

I requested them to give me a copy of the work sheet but they refused and said that as the phone is still not Ok we can not issue worksheet.After many discussions they gave me the coupen for visiting Nokia care.

I think the Nokia service centres are trying to pass the warrenty period by giving sweet candies to me.because they know every one can not go to them daily and spend his complete day wasting his time.

At this time I am not using that phone .the camera is not working and the phone has outgoing cracking problem.

I also claim that the talktime of the phone is less than 2 hours since very first day.I have a copy of my job sheet of my first visit to Nokia Service centre within 1 month of purchasre of phone.

I wish to send this phone back to Nokia and Request Nokia to give me replacement for this faulty phone.

Nokia — Faulty phone replace

I have purchased nokia 5310 xpress phone on 7/04/08 but after 1 hour cell was display no network.and then i was go to the nokia care centre but they said your fone will go to HCL and contact us with 10-15 days.
this is not a way .
How can I replace my phone.

I really don't know where to start from because I am really really upset with pathetic services received from Nokia. I bought Nokia Handset 7610 Supernova on 28/Sep/08 from Nokia Priority Delaer (Rohini) but I found handset is faulty as call disconnects while talking so I submitted my Handset at Nokia Care Center GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, District Center on 06/Oct/08 (Job Sheet :[protected]/081006/39)with delivery date of 21/Oct/08 thats the day & till today i have not got a concrete reply from GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS people apart from that I should say they really don't know how to deal with customers. Employees of this center acts like a courier company becasue according to them they have delivered my handset to the Head Office now they dont know what is happening to this handset. So finally I decided to call Nokia Customer Care & I lodged a complaint under complaint number # 2-3G6Y5X where she asked me to wait for another 2 days. Now I called up after 2 days & got to know that this Handset is non repairable & I will get replacement for the same so NOKIA took 24 days to declare that the handset is non repairable & that too after lodging a complaint in customer care. Above all I am really shocked to know that I have to again get in touch with Nokia Care Center for replacement of the HandSet. This is absolutely rediculous I really don't understand why you can't get me replacement from the Nokia Priorty Dealer.

And as expected, Nokia Care Center again told me that they don't have any update about the replacement of the Handset & I got the same reply "jab ayega to mil jayega" (you will get it once it is fixed & received by us)

So finally I got in touch with Mr Suresh Yadav (somebody who claims to be owner of that center) who promised me to provide me with atleast a camera phone till the time I dont receive my handset to celebrate Diwali festival but all in vain once again. This gentelman doesn't even care to pick my call Now Diwali is over & there is no information when would I receive my handset from this center.

I thought Nokia being leader of Asia Market will provide exceptional services to their customers specially to those customers who have bought newly launched product but I am really sorry to say that Nokia is even not upto the mark in their services being an international brand.

On 05/Nov I called & got to know that replacement is done & I can collect the phone. But as expected from NOKIA, all people working in NOKIA dont have eyes & years as I got handset black & mahroon combination which is very cheap my handset's combination was white & purple. They said I have to wait for another 1 week, now today is 17/Nov/08 & they still dont have any update on it.


I have made neumerous phone calls to NOKIA but never got return call yet. I would really appreciate if someone update me over the phone about the status.

Can anybody give me Nokia's Delhi Head number to get this resolved

i purchased my nokia phone on 14 april 2009 bt it immediately it started giving me problem.the speaker n calculator of the phone are not working properly .i went to nokia care shadipur branch 3 times but no action was bieng taken regarding my phone.i submited my phone for replacement bt everytime they repair it and give it to me.now the condition of my new phone has become so much bad .i filed the complaint in the nokia company also but no action has been taken over there also.now whether the phone is working properly or not i want to get it replaced.kindly take some action soon.

one side u want your consumers to wake up n make a complaint if something wrong is bieng done with them but your services can also be so poor it was never expected.
i purchaesd my phone nokia 7610 supernova 2 months back but it was not working in a proper condition.5 times my phone has been given for repairing at nokia care shadipur branch but stil it was not working in a proper condition.then i wanted it to get replaced but no action is being taken.
plz i jst want u to take some action n get my phone replaced.

Nokia 7610 Supernova — Inability to hear the voice Clearly

I live in Amritsar(Punjab) and I bought this set in Ludhiana(Sarabha Nagar Mkt. Showroom) on 10th May 2009. It costed me a months salary. I returned to Amritsar on 11th and I was very disappointed to find that I was unable to communicate on the phone because I couldnt hear anything properly. So, I informed the showroom on the same day.They told me to bring the phone back.Due to some professional tie-ups, I was unable to go until 21st June.They kept the phone for one day and returned it to me on 22nd telling me that the problem had been taken care of by the Nokia Service CenteR, Ludhiana(Nr. Krishna Mandir).
I also procured the document from the Service Center. Now, after all this, I am facing another problem i.e.the ringing volume of the incoming call is not loud enough and also the battery now has to be recharged almost everyday where before I didn't need to do that for three-four days. I don't know what is the problem but I'm not at all satisfied with the product and would like to get it replaced. The experience has not at all been a pleasant seeing that I spent so much on it and also everyone in my family has a Nokia Phone and no one has faced any problem.Now, I surely won't recommend anyone to buy this phone.Please do the needful.

Nokia 7610 Supernova — memory problem

i m pallavi mahajan from jammu.....i bought a nokia 7610 supernova on 20th january 2009.....the problem is that on the net its internal memory is given to be 64mb but in real its internal memory is 26.7mb only....its totally a fraud, nokia is cheating people like this....once i have told the regional manager about this but no action has been taken yet....i went so mant times to nokia care but they always say that we have talked about this in the company.....i told them to replace my set, but now its almost an year and i purchased the cell for Rs.10,800, nw i want the money back....i am going to the court also to launch a complaint....my no is [protected]

Nokia — DISCONNECTS WHILE TALKING

Purchased a Nokia 2700 Black - [protected] on 15th March, 2010 from UniverCell, Ameerpet, Hyderaabad vide invoice no. 397030. After 3 weeks' o[censored]sage, the call gets disconnected automatically. Given handset to Mobi Quest , Nokia Care, Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad on 21st April - token no. 8. After repairs, they have handed over the handset to me to check and it was found the same problem continues. Again I visited them and understand, the set has to be sent to Channai and it will take 15 days. In lieu of this they said they will give a temporary handset as a stop gap arrangement.

I am really surprised to note that a new phone starts giving trouble within a month's time. I feel, Nokia should replace the Set immediately instead of asking the customer to visit umpteen number of times. I am 65 years old and the Company cannot expect a person of this age to go on visiting the place so many times.

I would request you to immediately to instruct the concerned to replace the Set without any further delay.

For your information, I am using (now used by my wife) Nokia 1100 from past 5 and a half years and so far I have not encountered any problem, except I changed the battery recently before purchasing a new Set.

I purchased a NOKIA E-72 golden colour set from Mobile Shoppe, Shopprix Mall, sector 61 Noida on 2nd April 2010. The backgroung colour if the phone is fading out from inside the phone to black which is a manufacturing defect.
The Nokia Care centre at Sector -10 Noida is refusing to replace or repair the set.
Please advice.
