nokia cell phone — not responding to customer

hi i am vijay i am from mumbai nokia is a worst company they never help the customer if it is a warranty basis they give 7 days after 7 days later they use to tell come after 10 day like that goes on they have always excuse i am shame on that company

I am Naresh Dhiman. I purchased a new[protected]IEMI NO. -[protected] and PRODUCT CODE[protected] and now it was creating problems and when I asked to the Nokia Care they are not able to help me out.I give my handset to them to repair it on 14th june 2008 and now today is 4th july they are not able to repair it till today 4 july 2008.

If no one is able to repair my handset please replace it with a new handset of 5610.I think u will take a serious action.I want the handset .It is very urgent for me I[censored] are not able to repair it please replace it with a new handset till the evening of 8th july 2008.
I am experiencing WORST customer service...:

I am Raghavendra Kumar wants to complain the customer care center in Malleswaram BANGALORE-03.There Engineers are not able to repair my ( Nokia 6233 ) mobile & they do no pay attention towards our complain, less resourses provided by NOKIA though they take max time to repair it & after that they send it to HEAD OFFICE. they always said that they have REPLACING MY MOBILES BUT THEY ARE POSTPONING THE DAY BY DAY BECAUSE OF THERE IS NO STOCK IN YOUR ORGANISATION. This take too much time so we face much problem in that.

Kindly, provide us best service.In this care all are lazy persons are there.when I am trying to call they not recieve a call.so please do some thing to get my mobile back in proper condition. appoint best engineer's to know that what is the poblem with the handset.

i am adarsh pandey, i given my set to nokia care centre R.T.nagar bangalore to repaire enhancement problem that my mobile was not supporting some time .they told me to come tomorrow but when i went they told me to com after 2 weeks .is this custmer survice .

I have a phone model no. 3110 purchase as on 28.09.07 after10th month i have facing the on/off than I reach the Nokia Service Centre MOD CADCommunication Centre A-31, N.I.T. No-1, Faridabad

They give us a job sheet and after 15 days back we receive my phone paying Rs. 400/- (IN WARRANTY PERIOD) when i am check than there is no display only sound
The person who is incharge the service centre he says the display crupt after to much discussion he check and ok .

When in reach my home only hald hour (30 Mintue) the condition is same

nokia n958gb — change of sliding panel by nokia concept showroom

I purchased nokia N95 8GB from Nokia concept Showroom, Alwarpet, Chennai on 31.12.2007 for a sum of RS. 33, 331 vide Invoice No. NOK/6386. After four months i.e on 02.05.2008 I went to the said nokia showroom with a complaint of automatic dialing and the malfunction of the call button. The sales person said it will take 10 days time and therefore I left the phone with them. On 05.05.2008 I got a call from the said showroom saying that the problem is solved and I will have to pay 2200 as service charges. Immediately I went to collect the phone and to my surprise and shock I found that the sliding panel of phone is changed and some old roughly used panel was replaced. Yhe sales person one Mr. Murali was there handed over the phone to me and I was shocked to see a scraatch guard with lot of scratches on it was fixed and lot of dust was there in the screen. I asked him to remove the scratch guard I refused to accept the phone and lodged my complaint with the manager concerned. They first accepted to change the panle and latter on they started refusing the mistake committed by their people. This is the kind of service rendered by the so called Nokia Concept Showroom. They are totally misleading the public and the reward for purchasing a phone for Rs. 33, 331/- from a authorised shworoom is cheating. I want to bring it to the notice of top brass in nokia company so that some thing can be done to such traders. Such trade practices should be nipped in the bud these kind of people must be paid to pay for their mischief. I kindly request all the readers to be cautious in dealing with said nokia concept showroom.

Nokia 6300 — no response on phone status

I had bought nokia 6300 on 1st jan 2008, n it stopped working on 28 may 2008, i had given to nokia care near my home n they got me repaired after 20days, just used for 2 days it again stopped working n i submitted the phone at nokia care, A-78, Nokia sector -2 near Indian Oil Building. they promised me to update me about this after 3 days but i did not receive any call from them, when i call to know my handset status they were not sure what they are doing about it, n said it will take 1 or 2 weeks, Kindly request u to give me a update what is going on with my cell n if it cannot be repaied then try to arrange replacement for my set asap.i am really disappointed with nokis's service & this kind of services are not expected from nokia people, i was using nokia from solong but this service was unexpected.

NOKIA N70 MOBILE — Handset Automatically getting activated

The recently bought Nokia N70 music edition is giving lots of problem.

Whenever i make a call or receive a call the Hand set is getting activated automatically.

The instrument has been given to Nokia care for 3 times. I got it back today from Nokia Care and still the same problem persists.

HI ..I bought a NOKIA 5610 cellphone ..XpressMusic (red color)on 19th Nov'2007. and its IMEI no. is [protected]. This handset is not working properly from april..Its camera key and volume key both r not working.I have send it for repair In April. Now again in June i have send it for repair for same problem.I wonder what Nokia people are doing and making fool of customers by just giving them poor quality products on a brand name...My phone is under warranty period. nokia-2630 — delay in repairing of handset

my new handset of model 2630 has got the problem in speaker due to which i given it to nokia care in north delhi ACE Communication centre, pitampura on 27 June 2008. They told me that it will take 7 to 10 days for its repairing . But till now (15 July) i havenot got my handset from the nokia care centre.

Now please take action immediately to get my handset soon.

nokia handset 3500c — non repairing of handset

i purchased tha above hand set in the month of may 08. The key s hand set was not working properly. I given my hnad set for repair to nokia service centre but it was not properly repaired. I agains given my hand set on[protected] vide job sheet no[protected]/080624/138 . The set is under warantee . The same is not being returned . i am being given ever time a week times. I am totaly exhausted to run the service centre of nokia

I am writing this mail regarding my Mobile Nokia 6300 with Job Sheet Number [protected]
IMEI /ESN number of the [protected]

I was received my mobile from District center Nokia care" on Saturday
i.e. on 19-july-2008. I.e. it was with your Nokia care from the Last 1
month and 4 days (34days) and on Monday(1 day after reviving) I find
that my phone display gave me problem there is some dark black lines
display on my phone display.

I am totally frustrated with the service provided by Nokia care.
It is quite surprising that my phone is with me for only 25 days and
with Nokia care it was almost 35 days from the day of purchase.

I don't want that again it will create a problem for me.
