Nokia Asha 200 — Harrasment Faced from Your Service Centre Executives | |||
I have purchased a handset (ASHA 200) from NOKIA Priority Centre of Gariahat Branch in the month of February 2012. In the month of May,2012 my handset suddenly switched off though the battery is full. Anyway I have been to your service centre INFOTEL SERVICES, 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata - 700 019 for couple of times. Service centre executives told me that it was a minor software problem and it will be solved. But after visiting the service centre for 2 days they told me that I have to deposit the set as it was a hardware problem. I have deposited the set to them on 1st June, 2012 as per their suggestion. Yesterday, I have been asked over phone to collect the set but as I reached to your centre, I came to know that it will take another 2 days as it has been sent to Head office. I donot know how this type of harrasment has been made by a NOKIA service centre executives. My mobile no is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
