Nokia Asha 200 — Resounding voice | |||
Dear Forum, On 31.12.2011 I have purchased Nokia Asha 2000 handset from Nokia showroom, Naazcenter, Guntur, when we satrted using it from that day onwards its givinbg resounding from the speakers we have truied with different sim cards still same resound while talking and radiations are really hurting who ever using. On 02.01.2012 We approached the same shop but they are bad in giving response and dont want into the problem / undersatnd the problem. Since we have purchased one day before still they are denying to relace the model and piece. Such a bad experience we are facing...... Please kindly help to replace that model with another one.. I have also observed similar issue while speaking, it resound and also some noises in background from speaker, this issue is from the day one i bought Nokia Asha 200, I am not sure if Nokia has provided any resolution for this issue or any s/w upgrade shall resolve it...
