I have purchased Nokia Asha 300 on 6th of April, 2012. Its touch pad is not working properly since July, 2012. I have visited Nokia Service Center since then, but the executives are not able to provide me the required service by saying that the touch pad of the said handset is not available due to shortage in supply from the company. I have never expected this quality of service from a World Renowned Brand Nokia. I would really appreciate if you can resolve this issue as soon as possible as I am really harassed by it.
