i am writing to complain about the quality of the services in the service center of Nokia in Bahrain and Dubai ..I have purchased a Nokia 5530 from Batelco in Bahrain on[protected] and in the first day of operation it got disconnected 12 times ..I mean the screen just gets dead and I had to switch it again . It gets disconnected itself . When I went to Batelco they refused to help and refered me to Intercol Service Centre . They insisted to keep the phone for examination and I requested a tempror replacem=ment which sounded funny for them !though I explained that I need to send and recieve messages and do important calls .When I requested for an authorized person to speak with they gave me this number 80004100 in Dubai I called immediately (4:45pm Bahrain local time ) and I was told that the call will be recorded ..the lady who spoke to me was not at all aware of the customers right and after a long discussion she concluded that I have to contat Batelco the place where I had bought the phone from and she disconnected the call without listening
I think the customers deserve a better level of respect from Nokia and the people who work for Nokia
