hi sir, i m sirisha , i had bought nokia mob in the month of july-07, but unfortunately it was BL-5C battery , so in the month of august i made a complaint to Nokia web site , when i made a cal to customer service they said it was is delivary , it was already dispatched but till now(novumber ending) i did not receive any battery and my mobile is getting over heat and charging is also reducing.So i reduced using my mobile(means talking max of 15min if imporatant).Please can you help me whom approach about the battery.I wil be waiting for your replay.If possible reply to my mailID.

I submitted online request for replacement of bl-5c battery (serial no.[protected]) in the year 2007. I had received a package from the company in the 2nd week of Jan,2008.But to my utter disgust,I found the battery case empty Since there are new cases of accidents concerning the battery coming up daily, i am scared to use my cellphone. Please advice.

I received an empty replacement battery envelope on 18 Jan 2008 in response of my request for the free replacement of Nokia BL-5C battery with my battery through the website http://www.nokia.com.

I have a Nokia Handset, model no. 6030. After seeing in the news I have checked my battery no. of BL-5C battery and found that it should be replaced by a new one and for that I filled the form found in the website of Nokia and after that I checked several times & the messages found in that site are as follows:

I am totally fade up & Please suggest me how can I get rid of this embarrasing situation as Nokia is a giant company and I am a very very little general human being. Please don't take this as an complain but please help me to get that replacement of the battery at the earliest and so that I can use my mobile as before.

Nokia — replacement battery not received.

recently, I have received an envelope through post from your side. In it you have a letter saying that we must return our old battery through that same envelope. But, the thing is that I have not received any replacement battery till now. I have also contacted the nokia care center here in imphal, they say the new replacement battery should be inside that envelope which you sent but I found none in there. consequently, I have also made a complaint to the post office whether they have taken out the battery first and delivered it to us but they refused the charge. Now, I want help from your side.

Not satisfied with the Customer Care responses. Applied for a BL-5C battery replacement 0n 16.08.2007. After that called NOKIA care at Bangalore atleast 10 times. Visited Ultadanga, Kolkata NOKIA CARE atleast 5 times as per advice of NOKIA call centre but every effort went into vain. Attaching the web application.

I have purchased Mobile Bearing No – Nokia 6681. as per the announcement of the Nokia Company my Mobile Battery Bearing No: - BL-5C[protected]N[protected]. This battery as per the company norms is defective I have informed the Nokia company by opening the site www.nokia.com about one year back. However till today I have not received replacement of the battery. Nokia — replacement of BL-5c batteries

Am Annshul Jain, Pune, this is regarding the replacement of BL-5c batteries in nokia handsets which was in air some 7-8 months back. At that time company promised to replace the batteries within one week but i have not received my set of battery till now. I payed visit to Nokia customer care but there i got to know that they can't help me on this.
Now i m totally blank what to do...!!
Howcome Nokia is not keeping up to its promise.

Battery BL-5C — Replacement of battery BL-5C

I have purchased nokia mobile 6600. The battery inside was BL-5C having No[protected]N[protected].

This battery was covered under replacement scheme. I have applied for replacement at that time through internet.

Today i.e on dated 27.03.08, I have received the cover through U.P.C from NOKIA INDIA PVT LTD. C/o DHL Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd, Central Warehousing Corporation, Godown No 5A & 5B Rana Pratap Baugh, Opp S.B.I Colony, DELHI-110033 but when I opened the cover there was only corrugated plastic along with rubber & no battery inside along with the letter for returning of old battery.

Hence this is simply cheating done with me by NOKIA. You are not giving me a new battery & you want me to send the old battery to you.So shall I stop using mobile? How is it possible? Is this the Customer Satisfaction you provide?

Kindly see that I should get the new battery so as to avoid any damage to man & instrument.

I had submitted online battery replacement request for faulty BL5 C series battery (sr No.[protected])after reading press ad from the company. I was promised replacement in 3 working days. But even after more than 6 months & several visits to nokia service centre in Pune, the battery has not been replaced. I am told to come after 2-3 days for replacement every time. Please Help

I purchase a Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 17/10/2007, But the same date phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go….
