Not received battery till date

Hi,

I have sent my default battery on 22/feb/2008 with SPEED POST to ORDER SOLUTIONS, ANDHERI but till date i have not received the fresh battery and i am not able to use my old cell because i have no battery.

So I request you to kindly take necessary action for my battery replacement.

battery not received - Nokia
i am go the nokia site (www.nokia.com).and give my battary number and site asked me you filled your addreas and i sent you battory within 7 days but battary not recived please check this problem.

hello sir plesae replace my battery no. 05100518063573761429 asap as it is rady to ex[lode any time any day.as it is swelling day by day.....

I have not received the new battery against my registration on website. and nobody is ready to solve this problem.
