Really frustrated by the service centre of nokia located at c-4 sector 2 noida by the name of micronas telecom. I submitted my cell on 2 dec for a correction as the cell was unable to access the hard driveand the message displayed on the cell is "MUSIC PLAYER UNABLE TO ACCESS HARD DRIVE REPLACE BATTERY COVER". got it back after 7 days but the problem was same they asked me to purchase a battery cover from nokia priority that is in sec 18 noida when I asked the concerned person at nokia priority the gave the same reply and asked me to go to the service centre I tried to purchase a new battery cover from the market but that was a PIRATED one. Then I had a word with the customer care and they told me that my cell is under warranty and can be repaired or the battery cover can be replaced by the company itself, this time the service centre refused to accept the cell for the same when I asked the service manager to give a call to the customer care she refused to talk and accepted the cell on 10/12/08 and told me that it will be forwarded to the head office but today i.e 20/12/08 they asked me to collect the cell but again the situation is same and the told that the head office has refused to repair the cell. kindky take the issue under consideration asap. job sheet number:[protected]/081210/91 Was this information helpful? | |
