NOKIA -Mobile set NO. 3315 — Mobile service blocked due to IMEI

The Nokia Mobile set - Type NHM6NY MODEL No. 3315 Code :0511151 IMEI 351486/60/879466/1 was purchased by my friend Anuarag Anand on dt.30.10.2003 from NOKIA Premonitory Dealer , Kamala Nagar, Agra U.P. vide Invoice No. 1655 .This set was insured by National Insurance company Ltd. vide his No. 623354 .(Enclosed)

The above set is now not working due to some problem of IMEI . The above set was in working with Mobile pre paid SIM of BSNL (UP West) No. [protected]. The mobile set has been locked with effect from 30.11.09.
Please take necessary action about it .
I want my Mobile set in sooth working .

Nokia 6030 Mobile set — Loss of Phone

I have lost my Mobile Phone handset Model No. Nokia 6030 on 22.12.2009 near Gariahat, Kolkata and lodged Complaint at Gariahat Police Station (General Diary No. 2225 dtd. 22.12.2009).
