Respected Sir,

I have Mobile Nokia set of 3510 (i). I had purchased one Nokia battery from Nokia Care Jabalpur on 30.10.06 which is numbered BLC-2 (3.6 V) JSR 0906 made in Hungary. The dealer told me that it was manufactured in the year 2006. He gave me the warranty of six months in written bill. Recently I checked the battery and found that it is made on date 09.01.2002. I paid Rs. 750/- for the battery. I feel that the Nokia care has cheated me. He signed on the battery and marked the date 30.10.06 manually in ink. When I contacted the firm he told me, “I am unable to help you. You may lodge my complaint in Nokia Company”. The address of the Nokia Care is as under:

NOKIA SUPER NOVA 7610 — CHEATED THE COUSTMER

i bought a nokia mobile hand set model number super nova 7610 from acharya niketan outlet in mayur vihar phase 1 Delhi on 21 may o9. call was desconnecting after every second in my new hand set i informed the shop keeper he sent me to nokia service centre to up date the software next day again he asked me to change the sim after that twice my set has gone to repair center .when i went to the shopkeeper in 24 hours why my was not replased .kindly contact me and solve my problem or i will take my matter to consumer forum.

Nokia 5310 Exp.Music MD 8 Speaker — My MD 8 Speaker of 5310 was not accepted by Nokia care

I have bought Nokia 5310 Music Express in march of this year . I got MD 8 Speaker with it, but i hardly played on it due constaint in time and exam schedule. When i played now i found one side of speaker is not working. When i reached Nokia care in my city(Bhubaneshar), they said we accept only handset.

Now where I will go to have my peaker to repair.
Please give a reply and solution.

WITH REPEATED PROBLEMS I VISITED THE NEARBY CARE CENTRE AND THEY GAVE ME A ANOTHER PIECE. BUT THIS TIME, THIS VERY MORNING WITHIN 12 HOURS THE MOBILE FUNCTION CLOSED DOWN AND MADE ME VERY UPSET. NOW I REQUEST YOU THAT I HAVE MADE A CONCLUSION THAT NOT TO CARRY ON WITH THIS MODEL FOR THE PROBLEMS ARE NEVER ENDING. HENCE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPLACE ME ANOTHER MODEL WITH THE PRICE I HAVE PAID FOR NOKIA -5800. PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM ACCORDIDNGLY.

I have the honour to inform you that I had submitted my Mobile phone model N5610d for service under warranty period to Telemobile, Garima Grand, 1st Floor, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Guwahati-7 on 20.05.09. The Nokia Care centre kept my handset and given me a copy of service Jobsheet No. 2671 dated 20.05.09. On 22.05.09, the Nokia care centre contacted over phone stating that the handset could be repaired in Guwahati and the set required to be repaired at Company. Accordingly, they sent the set to Company and stated that this would take another 20-25 days time to come back from company. After 30 days, I regularly contacted Nokia care over phone but every time they stated the set had not come back from company.

On 05.07.09, I personally went to Nokia care centre and asked about the status of my handset. At that time, one Shri Manish of Nokia Care told me that handset has returned by company without repairing and since his boss was out of station, he could not give me the exact status of the handset as whether this would be repaired or not and also stated that he would personally contact me on 07.07.09 when his boss would return. But nobody contacted me on 07.07.09. On 09.07.09, the Nokia Care centre contacted me over phone and told me to take back the set as it was returned back by the company. Now, I am fully dissatisfied with the services within the warranty period but sorry to say that the service which you provide to customers is really pathethic from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. I am without phone for almost 2 months which is a basic need for life.

In view of above, I need to get my phone replaced or my amount with suitable interest rate and compensation; else I will file a complaint with Consumer Court under Consumer Protection Act of 1986. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non-availability of my phone for almost two months.

Today i visited ur Nokia Care Centre Dhar (M.P) related to service i was sitted there for 15 to 20 minutes but ur customer executive did not responding me properly & used some wrong words to me. It really hurts me . Because i have great faith in Nokia. I hope u will take some action against the related person & solve my service proble. Otherwise i will knock consumer forum door

hello this is mandar from rajapur(ratnagiri) i purchased nokia 5800 gour month back frist two month it worked fine then one day suudenly some of the music in my cell was bot playing then i went to nokia customer care they updated my softwear & told me to fornat my memory card. after few days one or twaice my cell got restarted then for the precaution i again went customer care that time they updated my softwear from v11.0 from v 21.0.025 in the store only my cell started giving me problem of auto switch off then they again updated my softwear & flush my cell but the problem was still thier they they sent my cell to main comapany when cell was came back from coampany within half n hour again started giving me same problem then i consult my one of the friend who also have 5800 he said that change your sim card then i change my sim card from vodafone to airtel after that problem is solve upto some extent problem is still thier if the cell get shake or get jurk it get switch off i dont know what to do ?
i spent 18, 000 Rs on that for buy that cell please help me out of that problem or kindly give me replaement of my nokia 5800.

Respected sir, i have NOKIA 3110 CLASSIC in which camera and video are not working properly, the problem is that the camera come on standby mode and video is unable to store in mobile. I go to nokia care centre, i said them that thrir is a problem only with software of mobile not with whole of mobile, but they tell me that they not check the mobile software but they open the whole of mobile hardware.My mobile is new, and i am worried that after opening the parts of mobile(hardware) they work proper or not bcoz i have seen a lot of problem in which after opening the hardware of mobile they are not working properly. I had bought nokia 7210 supernova in dubai on novenber 2008.I have problem with my handset.It displays that BOARDWEAK CONTACT SERVICE and my handset not getting switched ON.I want to service my handset but i m not having international warranty.I had contacted local nokia care center but they told that mobile has to be changed by myself because of international warranty.Please give me the correct solution.
why nokia 5320 express music is not available in the market, pls do reply

i bought N79, 4 months ago . but since the past 1 month my cell is in customer care
they just analyse it and give it to me back and the problem gets repeated
the same problem has occured thrice
but the third time when i said them that i m going to complain about you
they called me and said that your phone is damaged and its going to cost you
i asked them why couldnt they find this problem in the previous 2 times and my phone is in warranty
they said that some problems are too minor that can not b found out at one time
whn i asked tham how could it be damaged, as it has never been in touch with anything they told me that it is due to moisture. sir i had very much problems due to the phone

I deposited my nokia 3110C for repair at Nokia Care Centre, Nagpur on 22nd August, 2009. I have been told that same would be repaired soon within a week. While enquiring on 9th Sept, 2009 over telephone ([protected],[protected], 2721684) with Mr. Ajay at Nokia Care Centre Nagpur i came to know that he has no information about the status of repair of my nokia hand set. Even the IMEI number mentioned in the service job sheet provided to me is wrong and does not belong to my set. While asking about the same, the concerned person taken the matter very casually and told me to wait for further 1 month. Is this the way Nokia Care centre is taking 'care' of their customers?
