[Resolved] Nokia — Bad service by Akshay Care | |
Hi I am yet another customer, cheated and harassed by Nokia Care. Most of the other people are too busy to report such cases. I had submitted by Nokia 6210 handset for repair as three buttons were not working. Job Sheet Number: 67xxx4867/09xxx8/xx (Hidden for confidentiality) Date: 18-No-2009. Service Center: Akshay Care, Pune. Today is Dec-09-2009. It has been 6-7 calls to Akshay Care to check the status. But everytime they just have two answers: 1) It has not been repaired. It'll take 2 more days. 2) You can come after 2 days. (without checking that the handset is repaired or not) We made a few calls to the Nokia Careline Number as well[protected] and made a complaint as well (Complaint #:[protected]xxx) but even they dont seem to be of any help (though these people sound professional). Finally when I call them to get headoffice phone/fax/email, they say that they dont have it. all they can give you is careline fax number. My questions: 1) How can the service center close the Job Sheet the same day as the handset was submitted to them? This can be verified easily by checking Job Sheet Status online. 2) If this fraud was reported to Nokia as a complaint, arent they supposed to a) take strict measures against the service center. b) atleast inform (if not compensate) the customer about the updates. 3) If due to any reason, the service center is not able to repair the phone, is there ANY limit on number of days, a customer should be kept waiting for his phone? I know other people as well who have had the same kind of issues with Akshay Care (if not all Nokia Care Centers). Was this information helpful? | |
