Nokia Mobile 5300 — pls exchange with new mobile or refund the money

Sir/ Madam .
This is regarding manufacturing defect in Nokia Mobile Model 5300 .I have purchased the mobile from Beechem retailer based in Connaught Place.
The mobile is already being sent twice to Nokia service centre for repairing and it is still under the warranty.
It uis very useless to keep this model and wasting time visiting service cenrtres for the same.

I may kindly be given a different Model nokia cell phone or my money may kindly be refunded on the urgent basis.

I am Bhagirathi using Nokia 6080 hanset no - 356258/01/3165/16/60540476. Right from the day One i've been facing the problem with the handset and Handsfree and the dealer person didn't respond properly to my problems. there is yet to be 6 Months from the day i purchased.

Kindly help me out if i could get a new handsfree since my handset doesnt even have a proper volume control. wen spoken over the phone the volume is too low to hear.

Nokia (N73) — nokia. . . . complaining people

Hello i am ashwin.
I had used mobile phone's of several companies like LG,samsung,sony ericson, etc... But i did't got what i was wondering. And i heard of nokia phones.And i baught 2 phones of n-series.both were n73.1 for me and 1 for my brother.BUT from the first day itself i had a problem with this phone.The problem was,that the side switch of the phone had always its light on,also if the phone is switch off.and the phone had also the problem in contacts menu.when i had shown the piece in nokia care they had said the phone had a problem and the phone is not supporting the soft ware. and when i speaked 2 main dealer of nokia in our sity,they said me that we will exchange the piece and give you the other piece.and i have given the piece to them. And i would like to say that today is the fifth day,i m going to there and today they said me that come after 8 days.ANd the other piece used by my brother has also started having problem. the piece has start to be hang.WHAT should i do now? is this yhe company name "NOKIA---with slogan connecting people .NO THE SLOGAN SHOULD BE "COMPLAINTING PEOPLE. i have been gone mad of this kind of things.

nokia 6265 — NON RECTIFICATION OF DEFECT AND REPLACEMENT WITH REFURBISHED SET

I had purchased a NOKIA 6265 set in Dec 2006 in DELHI and within a few months the set started having problems in that it stopped reading the memory card, the display light was switching ON and OFF automatically every few seconds and the FLASH light would switch ON everytime the set was switched ON. Since mine's a CDMA phone, every NOKIA CARE centre would tell me that they don't repair the CDMA phones. Finally I submitted the set for repair UNDER WARRANTY with Net-Dot Solutions, Jail Road New Delhi vide EMEI No [protected] on 21 Dec 2006 where I was promised that the set will be made available to me after repair within 10 Days. The set was finally made available after 3 weeks and I was HORRIFIED to notice that the company had replaced my hand set with an OLD REURBISHED and DILAPIDATED, cracked and scratched hand set in place of my NEW and IMMACULATE condition set which is just not acceptable to me. I do not expect a company of SUCH a REPUTE to ACT in such a manner. I would want my set back and if they're not able to rectify it, I should be given a NEW SET since the set is under WARRANTY or I would be compelled to take the issue with consumer court as also ENSURE BAD PUBLICITY FOR THE COMPANY IN THE MEDIA. Looking forward to an EARLY and POSITIVE response.

i hd bougth nokia 6500 classic set from 14 sec gurgaon from HOT SPOTS in first week of jan 2008. but there was problem of messging in set. so i hd submit set to nokia care at gurgaon 4 jan 2008. but i did not find any feedback yet.. my jobsheet no is.[protected]/080104/51 & my mbl no is [protected] pls do somthing....

nokia 6265 — Worst service from Nokia care center

i was having a problem of memory card and Camera in my nokia 6265 set. i submitted this set for repairing on 7th dec,2007. the delivery date was 25th of dec. but i got the same on 5th january but i found that there were many scratches on the set which was not there when i submitted the set. i have declined the same to accept. on 16th of jan i again gone there but the set condition was same i thought to put it into the consumer forum and i have collected the set by making a note onto the jobsheet that i am very much dissatisfied with the services. but after that as i moved out from the center i found that one screw is missing from the set. i have shown this to the executive and he said that you will get it after the lunch time. but yet i have not got it and they are saying that the older screw shaft is being fixed into it and u have to pay to change the new body of the nokia 6265.
and they are now declining to give me the jobsheet copy where i have written that i am very dissatisfied. i want this copy to submit into nokia to get my set back as it was

i had given my 5300 on 4th of jan 2008 on a minor software and headphone connection problem.....till now it is in process of repairing.....i had purchased it on 20 dec... in 10 days the started the probem....now im facing difficulties without mobile

nokia5200 — replacement of product

HAVE PURCHASED 5200 NEW ONE AND AFTER 4 DAYS THE SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING , CAN GET A NEW ONE REPLACE BY IT, IT HAS A WARRANTY BUT THE SPEAKER STOP WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE DONE.

Nokia N80 — very poor service.

the most important problem in nokia is its service...the worst service provider. first of all, technicians are not having enough knowledge abt the product hardware or software.. anyhow they try to ignore the matter nd give back the handsets without any repairment saying it has been repaired.i m the victim of this kind for 3 times. 2 in bangalore, and 1 in kolkata. the technicians are worthless..we need good and perfect engineers who know the internal working parts of the mobile phones. and there should be proper check of every handset thru proper engineers...last time i gave my handset for software upgrade,they just returned it saying they dnt have the latest software. nd wen any body try to call them ,they simply ignore or dnt pick up the phone...this is mainly happening in kolkata service center. the technicians just open the phones nd see if there is any physical damage or not, nd they dnt even work according to the job sheets,they simply see the basic problem,nd return the handset,without even seeing that there are some extra points given by the customers that shud be taken care of.

i request the nokia company to read thru my above given points throroughly and do the need ful at the earliest.

i had taken nokia 2626 on nov.2007 . but its not working from the 14 jan . its became dead . i thought there will be problem in battery but set is not working . i can,t understand what,s the problem. suugest me what i do . i m in greater noida and purchased it from KANPUR .

Nokia — Non replaacement of battery

Have submitted the battery change request at Nokia site and the same has been accepted for replacement but the replacement has not been sent despite 3 months having elapsed. The local service centre at HCL Noida has also expressed helplessness in changing the battery.

I have purchased a NOKIA handset and within 3 months the problem of display occurs. I had submitted a handset to Nagpal Mobicare, Ahmednagar on 05.12.2007 and they returned me my handset on 29th or 30th Dec 2007 saying that the problem is solved. But actually they had not repaired or solved the problem and returned me my mobile as it is. Once again Within 1 day i was suffering from same problem. Now I had again submitted the handset on 31.12.2007. On website of NOKIA CARE ONLINE, I had checked Jobsheet status, I shows that matter is closed and send to L3. I do inquiry at Nagpal Mobicare but they says that we had not received your handset yet. Please go through the matter and solve the problem. My Jobsheet No.[protected]/071231/89 dt.31.12.2007

Nokia 6088 CDMA Phone — Faulty handset

I bought a nokia 6088 CDMA phone from yr dealer M/s D.H.Enterprises, MIG, Indore vide their bill no. 3392 dated 26/1/08. Immdtly after buying, I found that the phone was carrying many problems viz; hanging phone, slow booting, automatic shut down and slow processing. I draw the attention of dealer on 28/1/2008, but he directed me to contact Nokia Care.He also told me that company repalces the phone within 7 days from the date of purchase. He advised me to get DO from Nokia Care.
I approached to M/s Viedo Palace, M G Road, Indore and ask to examine the phone. They found the complaints genuine but refused to give the D.O. As the D.O. can be issued by distributor.
I was running from pillar to pole and even after talking to Mr Vishal yr representative no fruitful result came out.
Ultimately i had to leave the phone with Nokia Care vide their job sheet number[protected]/080131/45. They informed that the set will go to Newdelhi and will take around 15-20 days.
Sir, I want to know, why this problem has occured. When it was a prima facie manufacturing defect, yr company and/or yr representative should replace it immdtly. My son is working at Share broker company and the phone is his bread and butter. It is difficult to remain without phone for 15-20 days.
May I request to pl look into the matter and send me new phone immdtly.

Nokia — handset not working properly

i bought my handset( Nokia 73m) from hotspot on 6/1/08
and start creating problem on on 3/2/08
then contacted Nokia Care , They charged 170 form retifying some internal problem.

Now On 4/02/08 in morning i got to know that my headset still not working properly .

there some sound coming when it rings.

May i hav got Defective handset.

And it still in guarantee.
then why damm i have to pay these amount .


Kindly look into the matter .
