Nokia — Messaging blocked

Dear Sir!! I owned a prepaid number +91-[protected] and since last two month ,my message service get blocked in my area only. Everytime when i try to send a message it shows " Message not sent, try again latter". However It works properly when I am out of my area. I even tried by refreshing my message centre number or puttting 00 instead of +91 ahead of that number as directed to me by Customer care support but nothing worked out well.Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

Nokia N 80 Rm - 92 — Nokia N80 dead after update

hello sirmadam,
i am using Nokia N80 model phone for the past 8 months ,when i tried to update my phone using Nokia Software Updatei got message asking me remove my battery ,charger and plug it back in but since then my mobile refused to start up it is almost dead , no sign even when charger is plugged in. The Nokia care center in anna nagar is charging me Rs.1200 for flashing my phone software. i did not do anything that is illegal , it is a problem with the nokia phone or the updater itself, why should i pay so much money to bring it back to working condition, please do help me in getting my phone in working condition back , thanking you

It is theft today at 4 pm on date of 26 jan 2008. i have laudged the sams complaint at sitaburdi police station Nagpur , Maharashtra. Nokia E - 70 — Poor Services from Nokia Car Dealers

I am facing hanging problem in my Nokia E70 from last 2 month for which I gave my phone to Harry Communication 85, Nalanda Complex, Near Mansi tower, Premchandnagar Road, Ahmedabad who is authorized for Nokia Mobile Phones Ahmedabad.

I gave my phone on dt.09.02.2008 with all specific instruction to Mr. Pratik that I have already downloaded firmware twice in last 15 days to solve this problem. They told me that there is some other problem with this instrument so they will check and will reply by today evening about 4.oo pm.

After that there is no any feedback from them but surprisingly when I contact them from my side on dt. 11.02.2007 I got reply from Mr. Hitesh that your phone is working ok and you may collect the same today. After that again I went to this Nokia Care but problem was as it is. Because of this I spent my 2 precise hours and also reply from Mr. Hitesh was very rough.

Again I tried to contact this Nokia care on dt.13.02.2007 on there printed contact no.66317255, no one is attending the phone. That means again I have to spent my 2 hours to go personally to this Nokia Care.

Any one can understand that the person who is using the phone which cost about Rs. 20000 and continuously traveling can't spent there 2 hours all the time for this bloody customer services getting from Nokia Care.

It is a matter of great surprise that why even Airtel is looking for pretences of steeling money from all its already distributed Airtel SIM Card users. Nokia E-62 — New Defective NOKIA E62

This is Srinivas.
This is regarding the problems am facing with the handset [E-62] from the time I purchased.

I bought this handset on the 6th of Feb. 08 from a leading cellular shop, who in turn brought
it from the Priority showroom right next, as the PRIORITY SHOWROOM didnot have the facility to
swipe a HSBC credit card.
From the time I bought it I had a problem with the joystick of the handset.
I could not use the joystick to mave neither to the left or to the top.
In case I did it would work as the selest key.
I was first shocked to hear that the joystick works in the same way in a E-62,as it has active
standby from one Mr.Syed from the customer care.
When I checked the same with a friends handset it was working fine.
Then I called the customer care at[protected] and they confirmed that it was a problem with the joystick.
I spoke to the manager and he assured me that he would get back to me in 24 hours.
They promptly got back to me wherein, they told me to approach the NOKIA CARE centre.
I went to the same and deposited my handset.
The person in-charge told me that it will take a minimum of 8 to 10 days to replace the set.
I made it very clear that I cannot stay without a habdset for such a long time.
Mr.Syed who had called me told me that he would escalate the same and it would be done in 48 hours.
When I called Mr. Syed again he denied saying so and now told me that it would take 8-10 days for
the same and will have to bear till then.
Then I spoke to Ms.Deepa Singh who told me that she is the team manager [2-2 TLJ 9V].
Then the next day I spoke to Ms.Revathy reference no.:2-2 t s x 95.
When I asked her designation she said she is the team leader and then immediately changed it to the team manager.
Mr.Syed gave me a call and informed me that during the conversation with Ms.Deepa Singh,
there was no mention of the job sheet or the enquiry about my handset and it was just a conversation.

I am utterly shocked to see the way the customer care is handled.
On the 15 th I spoke to one Mr.Deepak Arora vide reference no.:2-2 T W F X F.
On the the 18 th I called back the customer care and enquired about the status wherein the customer care had no answer and told me to call tomorrow.
Now I have lost all the hopes in NOKIA.
When I asked for the e-mail id. of any person in the customer care they promptly say they cannot disclose.
Please look into the same.
I would like to ask you if it takes 15 days to replace a new handset with a manufacturing defect.
Wish the customer care was also as good as the nokia mobiles.

Nokia 1200 Mobile Phone — poor quality maintenance

I have puchased a mobile (nokia 1200) from quilon radio service, thilagaraj, karmana, thiruvananthapuram-695002. on 06/12/2008.
On 10/02/2008 the phone become dead while using. The phone was handed over to the(POWER LINK, OPPOSITE TRIVANDRUM CLUB, VAZHUTHACAUD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM- 695010) service center for the maintenance. They told me that it has some complaints and it is to be sent to Ernakulam for the service. They returned the phone after the maintenance from Ernakulam to me on 16/02/2008 evening.
On 17/02/2008 evening, that is with in 24 hours it became dead in the same way.
Again I handed over the same to the same service center for maintenance on 18/02/2008 morning.
Today I went there at about 11.15 hrs and enquired about the condition they asked me to wait there for 10 min. After 10 min they told me that it has to be sent to Ernakulam again for maintenance.
Now I am in doubt that weather they actually sent my phone to Ernakulam in the first time like they told.
Today evening at about 18.00 hrs I went there again and asked them to give back my phone with out atteneding the fault. Because the phone supplied to me by the department (S.Railways) for official use which is suppose to be in on condition along with me 24 hours a day. Now I am diverted the calls to my own relaince phone and there by I have to pay the divertion charges for the incomming calls also. So I desired to get it repaired out side by paying the amount. If they will be able to returned in a short time it will be financialy benificial to me.
Kindly look in to matter and inform the present position of my phone and when it will be back to me. If it will take long time please arrange to
returned the same with out attending the faults.

Nokia — replacement of new peace

I purchased Nokia-6300 on 14 feb 2008. Then after several manufacturer problem occurred. Those problems are

1. It produces Heat from back side.
2. When mp3 is going/running on no lights off.
3. no battery back up
4. blue tooth conncectivity does not work

I already surrendered this to nokia care at vijaywada(AP) and job sheet number is[protected]/080223/40.
I am sorry to say that even nokia products are also doing like this.
I request you to replace with a new piece as early as possible.
