Nokia 2310 Item No. 354552018670010 Battary No. 0670400417535016311s155733 Make Bl - 5c — Battary getting exhausted in 24 Hrs

I purchased the above mentioned model of Nokia (2310) on 12-06-07 from Idea Mobile Communication Butler Plaza Bareilly (UP) India. for the last 4-5 months the set was giving the problem of 'Restart' and the response of commond was very slow. So on 3rd April I contected your Care Centre at Bareilly itself. They uploaded/upgraded its software, but after that the above said full charged battary of the set is getting exhausted in less than 24 hrs. Is it a Software problem or battary problem? In fact as I am a University professor so I dont have time to use either its FM or to send frequent SMSs. The power is only used for conversations and that to not more than 25 -30 minuts a day.
Pls furnish the appropriate advice so that I will be in a position to over come the problem.

I am having nokia 9300, once i had installed an sis file in my cell & my cell started automatic reboots and it start again & again so i took it to nokia care center and he took 250 rs to format it and after some time i came to know he had pressed only 3 buttons for formating they are ctrl+shift
and the cell was formated he made me twice so i lost500 Rs so is good that the authorized dealer makes such things
let me know i am having bills of the stores so i will like to publish it in newspaper

Nokia Mobile 6085 — Display was not coming

Dear Sir,

I have given my mobile (Nokia 6085) for repair, as display was not coming. I have given the same on 14.03.08 vide job no.[protected]/080314/47 at Nokia Care Baroda, address is RayRhythms, 102, Saket Complex, Opp. Dr. Kadam Eye's Hospital, Akota Road, Vadodara.
On saturday, when i called them, they told it is repaired and take it. Then i sent somebody to collect the same, but it was informed that it is not repaired and will take time. Then i called on monday, again the same answer, it is not repaired and will be repaired on tuesday.. Again i called on tuesday, then they told that it is not repairable and you can take it back. then i asked why it is not repairable, then they replied, we dont know the reason, we cannot repair it.
on wednesday, i sent somebody to collect the phone and the condition of the mobile was very bad. the cover is not closing and the hook has broken and many problems...
is this the way nokia care is working..

why it is not repairing. i wil file a complaint, if i dont get answer.

Nokia mobile 6085 — NO ANY RESPONSE FROM NOKIA CENTRE

I give my mobile model no 6085 in Raigarh (C.G) on 07.04.2008 for repaire as the display light not glowing.

But till date no any information about the fault details and repaire.The customer is not satisfy for the service.

NOKIA N95 — No proper service from Nokia Care

I had given my phone to nokia care here in bangalore, within 20 days of purchase there was display backlight problem, gave the phone on 26 th march 2008, they returned the phone on 16th april 2008.. but this time the backlight problem was solved, A new problem there are some black spots on the camera lens.. they have asked me to wait for another 10 days.. really disappointed by the service provided by nokia.
