Mr.Shivakumar I have one Question, Answer for my question. 1) A G5, Korea mobile sets are works more than 1 years, Then why your nokia cellphone works only 2 months? 2) Your authorized service center agent b.ravinthar stolen my original 3000 rupees green lens camera in front of me on[protected]. Whether You gave any special authorization for steeling customers original cellphone components on warranty perion to your service agents.. 3) I purchased my nokia c5-03 cellphone on[protected]. My cellphone in warranty period. Balance 3 months. 4) I gave my cellphone for service almost 3 times in past 4 months in your authorized service centers. But my problem not solved yet. 5) But my problem start increasing service center to service center. Not decreasing. Why? 6) Your are cheating the millions* millions of nokia customers in warrany period. I am one of them. Nokia — Mobile at Service center for 2 months
Hi,I bought a C6-01 mobile on 28th may 2011 and used it around a month. In july 1st week, i had some problem and gave it to service center. From then on, it's with nokia service center(in between i got the mobile back, as they said it's working fine, but it dint and i gave it back the mobile to them within 2 days of getting it from them). They have asked me to get my mobile back today(25 Aug 2011) (replacement mobile). I have asked them to extend my warranty, as they had my mobile with them close to 2 months. If they dont extend the warranty, should i take this to consumer court? Please help me on this.
