Nokia - C5 - 05 — Misbehavior by Centre Head | |||
I own a Nokia Handset C5-05 which has a manufacturing defect.I purchased it on[protected] and since then its Touch has been replaced 6 times but every time the same problem arises within a few days. On the 7th visit I directly went to the centre head( Miss Sunita) but instead of adressing to our problem she made excuses and said that the touch pad of your phone has been only replaced thrice as per her records , which is absolutely wrong. As we were not been treated properly I raised the pitch of my voice but she instead of handling to my Problem refused to repair and replace the phone as i demanded replacement and Permanent solution. She misbehaved with me and my Friend who is a girl and called her staff who argued with me and ill treated me and my friend badly. It is an absolute insult and against my dignity.
