[Resolved] Nokia C6 - 01 — Repair | |||
My Mobile IMEI: [protected] & its a NOKIA C6-01. My mobile always remains offline & unable to activate online, while trying to activate online its shows " no Sim card inserted " though there is already Sim card present in Sim module. For this issue i have submitted my mobile to nokia care center. The Job Sheet Numbers are :[protected]/120709/1,[protected]/120801/34,[protected]/120804/30. And the details of nokia care center are:TELE SOLUTION, DN-1, SECTOR-5, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA-700091. NCC: 267_504886, CONTACT NO: [protected] & EMAIL: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com. Today i talk with an executive (nokia executive, regarding my device) then he told me that your device is under observation. "what a funny jokes he did" because after twice observation nokia kept my device third time for observation for the same issue. So my question is that if (for repairing) nokia will continuously keep my device under observation then when i will use it & what are the value for buying nokia brand mobile (if it provide this type of service) ??? while talking to the nokia care executive ([protected]) they always says that keep patient your device will be soon repaired. i think god only can help me.
